So... I wanted to do a little something for the anniversary of My Gentle Giant and had to wait until Halloween for the picture I wanted. Only to find out that I started this in August, not October. So... Oops. I'm gonna do it anyways because you guys are awesome and I need to make up for my... something something brain. (If I ever find the right word, I'll put it here as a comment.) So, to try and make up for it, I'm giving you three fun tidbits. Something old, Something new, And something blue.
Something old is... A cut scene I couldn't fit into the last chapter or the next one.
"Well, at least eat your soup, then see if you can handle the sandwich, ok?" "Ok, just one question." "What?" "How do you chew soup?" Blink, blink. "You don't? I guess it's technically drinking soup, I guess?" "But wouldn't the bowls be a bit big and awkward to properly drink out of?" "That's why we have spoons. It makes it easier by bringing smaller portions to your mouth." Yep, definitely a long night.
Something new will be... A sneak peek into a new story that connects with this one a couple of times.
S0 w0rtHl3ss! If anyone is, it's me. CAN't d13 r1gHt! Why do I try?.. RAtH3r d13! … when all they do is die?
No idea when I'll get this story out, most likely after I finish writing the second chapter and figure out what the cover will look like. I'm really excited about this one since it will not be an xreader. It's my own multiverse!
The next one is something blue and that... Is my Halloween costume! (Hence why I waited until after that for this.)

This is as close to a face reveal as you'll get from me. A couple of notes about the costume: try for a white beanie instead of a swim cap (I feel so sorry for swimmers), get actual makeup instead of face paint (hence why I'm not wearing that in the pic), and do not, whatever you do, do not dance in the slippers.
That's all for now, I'll try to get another chapter up once I get my big, dumb, genius of a brain kicked into writing again. I'm so determined to continue this that I'm stubbornly refusing to give this up.
Also, which is stronger? Stubbornness or Determination? Let's go!
