My whole week was chaotic that I can't even take a break even for a minute.
Meeting there, papers to sign and read and more stuff in the company is really getting crazy as the company will launch a new product. I can't even keep up on what happening on my personal life.
Just like today it should be my team works but I need to see it myself as I want it to be succesful. I'm here with some of my team checking the sample product to make sure it would be fine as we launch it next month.
To check if there is something to add or to fix or anything wrong with it.
It's been an hour of checking the sample product to make sure it would be great for the consumer. That one hour drains me well so I decide to bid a goodbye to my team before leaving.
I still have a lot to do before this so I need to leave immediately to have time to have a break and also I skip lunch because of my packedii schedule.
I got out of the company's building to able to take a breath even though most of the air is polluted. I take a long sight and stretch my body not caring people's stares my body ache to much for me to mind them, after that I decided to go to the cafe which just beside my company's building it's actually my fave cafe and I also personally know the owner of it.
I'm enjoy my walk all the way the cafe it's just a small walk but it made my mind calm. As I enter in the cafe the aroma of the coffee welcomes me. I slightly close my eyes to smell the scent of coffee. I open my eyes slowly as I open my eyes I met those eyes that I love to stare at everday.
He smiled immediately when our eyes met. While I still look at his eyes I walk slowly to him the he greeted me right away "Good afternoon ma'am" he politely said that made me chuckle a bit.
"Ahm" I act like I don't know him and find his name tag and read it "Seph?"I playfully ask if that was really his name
"Yes ma'am" and again he replied politely
"A iced americano please and can you recommend something sweet that great with it" still playing along to his acts
"Alright ma'am if you didn't mind at all I recommend you myself I'm sweet buy I'm only great with you" I laugh on what he said and shake my head
"It really nice to see you laugh and smile, everytime you'd come here you alway look stress and even more like a corpse walking through the cafe" he continue, my laugh immediately stop and smile at him bitterly
"You know my schedules won't make me take a break" I sight
"For god sake Resee your the owner, the Ceo you can manipulate your time as you want to"
"You know that I want everything to go well" he just tiredly stare at me
"Yeah, yeah you and your perfectionism" he said as he tired of hearing my reasons
"Ms. hardworking Ceo your iced americano and chocolate cake your fav that goes well on your drink" he said and slightly move the tray to me "If you don't mind to take another sweet which is me don't worry I'm free just for you" I chuckle to hi antics
He got put pf the counter and get the tray. I just follow him untip he stop to the table near the glass window which is my fave spot in the cafe. He carefully put down the tray and I seat on the chair he also seat in the chair opposite of me.
I take a small sip on mu iced americano then eat a small piece of chocolate that I cut with the fork.
Seth just eyeing me which I don't mind as he always do that whenever I do something like right now.
"You're the one that bake it?" I ask while pointing the slice of chocolate cake. He just nod "Taste great, your chocolate cake never disappoint me" I said he just blinks and I just shrugged at him as if I never said it to him or I don't really told him well thats what I don't know as I always praise him in just my thoughts though.
I just smile at him and continue eating the cake and sip on my drink.
As I felt his eyes is no longer staring at me... I stare him I smile as I saw how akward he is after hearing what I said.
I chuckle softly that get his attention he akwardly scratch his nech one of the adorable mannersim he has.
"Do I look akward?" he ask me softly then look down right away.
"Is just that it's my first time hearing it from you... I always cook for you but this is the first time you said it even I know you really enjoying what I cook for you especially when it comes to dessert"
I stop for a moment on what he said is it really my first time praising his food? I mean I always love his food whatever kind of it. It's a sudden realization for me.
"Just like how you never said you love me before" he said... He whispered it but because I am near to him I heard it clearly thay make me also stun
Seph really was my lover since teen age days our relationship end up after a year but eventually we're still in good terms.
I breath heavily, I know I never said it to him on how much I love him as I'm not a vocal person but of course he know I love him is just that through out our relationship I never said it but I always make sure he felt it. He just really want that word of affirmation.
I stand up, he didn't bother to look at me. I slowly drag the chair I was sitting beside him and sit there. Slowly leaning to him and hug him I close my eyes as my heartbeat is so loud for me to handle... All this years we did our best to become a person as we today we're both sucessful and I still into him.
"Baby" I call him with our endearment we use when we still together.
I felt his movement but he doesn't response.
"Did you forgot how I always call you before?" I ask softly
"N-no is just that it's been decade that you never call me that"
I chuckle "You know what you always adorable"
I open my eyes and stare directly to his eyes and smipe at him sweetly "Baby do you still into me?" I ask and I felt proud on what I just said going back I never said or ask this words to him.
He slowly close his eyes as his tears slowly fall down. I gently wipe his tears oh my baby never change.
While he's eyes still close I sat to his lap and iniate a soft and gentle kiss that became sexy and hot not minding the staff of the cafe I just only their customer as people right now is busy that no one came except to me.
I slowly apart our lips... Even he still wanted more I touch his soft lips that I always love to bite and suck it.
"You still didn't answer my question"
"Yes Resee baby still into you" I smiled at him
"Also still into you baby" after I said that I kiss him.
