"Oh, and hurry that little ass of yours up with the bill. I'm ready to leave."

Liam was in tears besides me, he was laughing so hard. Sean's humor had left and now he just looked mad. Well, I would be too. Throughout the past hour I was practically tourting the poor guy. With years and years of practice in the highschool hallways, I was amazing.

"Alright," Sean said, sighing, and left to get the bill.

"Karly," Liam said, his laughing slowly fading away. "That was amazingly rude! I didn't know that you knew how to act like that."

"Liam, Liam, Liam," I said to the boy with brown eyes. "There's a lot you don't know about me." I picked up one of the few leftover fries and bit off the end of it.

"Clearly," Liam said.

Sean came back and Liam paid. I stood, ready to grab my boots, coat, and leave back to my apartment so that I could see my poor baby jeep and get a couple hours of sleep and a nice shower, when I heard something that forced me to freeze.

"The accident occured almost a year ago. Police and investegators have decided to bring the case up after finding the only victim who died, Cody Rimly, necklace at one of the drivers, Karly Smith's, house."

I whirled around to the TV that was hung up on the wall of the restraunt. On screen was a small chinese reporter, standing direcly in front of my house.

"The police barley investigated the scene at the time. It was clear that the boy was dead and his family didn't want to press chargers against the driver, Karly. However, after finding the boys necklace..." The screen changed to a picture of Cody's necklace which I knew all too well that it was his. It was a skull attached to black string. It didn't match his bubbly, happy personality to the least, but he loved it. We couldn't find it after the car crash, even though he'd been wearing it at the time.

"It doesn't make any since, based on the fact that the boy was burried nearly a year ago and that the necklace was searched for everywhere to just randomly land on top of the girls bed. More information coming later."

I blinked, and only then did I realize that my cheeks were wet. Roughly, I pushed away the tears. Liam was standing by the table, watching me with curiousity. He heard the broadcast, he had to.

He stared at me for a while, and it seemed like his brown eyes were cutting through my flesh. I was still crying, pushing the tears away at the same time but more continued to fall. I tried to take a step forward so that I could run out of the restraunt but my legs refused to move.

They found his necklace.

We looked everywhere for that. We all wanted it so badly.

How the actual hell could it have ended up on my bed?

Liam clearled his throat, and what he said next made me like him even more. "So, are you ready to go?"

He wasn't going to even state the fact that I was a murderer? That I killed a boy? An innocent, blonde haired, boy? Who happened to be my best friend at the time?

"Liam I-" I started to say, but he cut me off.

"You ready to go?" he simply said. "I think that your jeeps waiting for you at home."

An hour later my red hair was wet and running down my back, I was in grey sweats and a white t-shirt and lying on my back on the bed, staring at the ceiling.

Liam had done what he said he would and got my jeep. He left without saying anything about the news broadcasts, he acted as if he'd heard nothing, even though the whole ride home I had been brushing away tears.
