Kiran , Anu and Ajay waved their hands. Ben promised them he will call them when he reach Chennai. Bus moved. His adjacent seat was vacant. May be from next stop somebody will enter the bus. Who would be sitting near to him? Ben too thought like that.
Bus reached at next bus stop. A very fair, chubby, cute handsome boy came inside the bus with his ticket. He ran towads Ben and sat near to him. When he saw Ben, he looked into Ben's eyes like he was seeing blue eyes first time. He showed his wonder in his face by his cute expression and smile. He asked Ben; "Are you French?"
Ben replied : "No, I am American"
"I thought only French people will have blue eyes. I read like that somewhere. Your eyes are beautiful"
Boy started talking to Ben as he knew Ben since years. Ben too enjoyed little boy's talk. He was just seventeen. Completed his school. He want to become a pilot. His father is a peon in a Government office. And he said, they are Brahmins and their family job is to do worship gods in temples. His family needed cash. So, his mother is doing a small textile business. He comes to Banglore to buy some Silk Sarees. And his mother will sell it in their place. He usually comes with his his father, this is the first time he came alone. The boy talked non stop. And Ben enjoyed his innocence so much.
His name : Bharat Iyenkar.
The Bus reached a remote area, It was dark. Midnight. Everyone started sleeping. Suddenly they heard of an exploding sound. Oh ! tyre puncture. Bus stopped there. Driver and Cleaner went to change the tyre Then , Bharat called Ben ; " Anna, Ben Anna, (Elder Brother) I want to pee. I am scared to go alone. Can you come with me?"
Ben couldn't stop his smile by hearing his innocent childish request. Bharat asked it like a Kinder Garten boy.
"Yes, I too want , we can search for a convenient place. Come with me" ; Ben said.
They jumped out of the bus, and walked into the dark.
After sometime driver and cleaner entered the bus.
Cleaner asked "Everybody get in, Bus is starting"
He checked the seats roughly. And told the Driver to start.
Thus, Bus gone without Ben and Bharat. And it reached Chennai without them. Its been one year since Both Ben and Bharat are missing. There is no news about them.
