!Short mention of suicide!
"Billie, they all sound fucking amazing!" I exclaimed, taking off the headphones.
"I think so too, and I hope so because it's done, now we have to wait until the release," Billie stated.
It had been a few weeks since my dad had passed. He didn't really pass, he took his own life, leaving me with no one but Billie's family. It was nice to know that I always have them, but I just wanted to have someone fully related to me.
Billie and I still weren't together. We hadn't said those words yet, but she did tell me she fully loved me. I didn't know whether or not I should have liked it or felt unsettled. And do you know how fucking exhausting it is to want to be with someone, but not really being able to?
I couldn't fully let her in, I was still scared to love her.
But in other news, someone, who I never thought I would talk to again, reached out to me.
Riley was back I guess. I didn't feel anything for her, so don't worry. My mind, though I was fearful, was fully on Billie.
We met up a few times and caught up with each other. She loved Adelaide, and Adelaide loved her. Riley was good with kids and kids loved her so it was always fun to have Adelaide with us. She asked me to go to dinner with her a few times, and I went once. Only once.
I didn't tell Billie, because again, nothing was going to happen.
Anyways, Billie's sophomore album Happier Than Ever was supposed to be released July 30th, leaving a bunch of anticipation for it to come out.
"They sound amazing baby, I promise," I spoke softly, standing up and making my way over to her. Billie smirked when I straddled her lap.
"Well thank you," She thanked me as she wrapped her arms around my waist, slightly pulling me in.
I pressed my forehead against hers and smiled, causing her to do the same. Then, I moved my head and crashed my lips into Billie's.
Billie's hands ran up the sides of my figure, sending lustful chills down my spine. My hands went from cupping her face to brushing through her hair. I would push my hips up every now and then, causing Billie to smirk.
"I want you," I murmured, pulling away from our embrace.
"Then why'd you stop, baby?" She asked. Damn, she was hot.
