I felt the sun beam down on my face, heating up me cheeks. Birds chirped a song outside my tent, calling me to wake up and start the day. My eyes fluttered open, my blurring vision taking time to focus. Something around me moved and shifted about. Um what the fuck was that? My eyes finally focused, I was met with Peter's face, sleeping a little above me, his arms wrapped around me, pulling me in close. Did we sleep like this? Didn't he leave? Something warm and strong rested inside my chest, my heart seemed to beat faster thinking about it.

I adjusted myself, so that we were face to face, his breathing softly blowing onto my nose. How can he look so pretty, even asleep. I wriggled my hand out from between us, gracing it over his forehead and pushing hair out of his eyes, over and over. He breathed in heavily and let out a groan as he woke up. His eyes opened slowly, gazing down at me. "Enjoy the view?" He said smugly, a cheeky grin forming on his lips.

"Shut up." I whispered in a small and breathy laugh. He leaned forward towards me, pressing his lips against mine. Oh my god I wish I didn't have to get up, I really wish I didn't have to get up. My fingers brushed over his cheek, I felt his heart beat speed up slightly against our chests. I smiled at that, even someone like Peter could get excited and nervous at a simple touch on his cheek. "Don't you want to transport to your own room?" He raised in eyebrow at me.

"Why would I do that?" He said, sitting up with me.

"So the boys won't see you with me?" He pondered on the statement for a second, remembering our conversation last night.

"No." He saw the look of confusion on my face, getting up and reaching his hand out to me. "Why would I want to risk one of them taking you from me?" Wait, this is a different road from what I thought he would take. "I want them to see that you're mine, no one can take you." He smiled at me, as if what he had said was completely right, and had no flaws. He leaned in the kiss me once more but I stopped him. Placing my finger on his lips, my hand on his chest and pushing him away slightly. His eyes trailed down to my finger, as he leaned back up again with a slight frown.

"I'm not yours Peter." His frown grew, I could tell his blood was boiling at the thought of me betraying him. "I don't belong to you. I belong to myself and myself only." His face began to fade into a red sort of colour. He really doesn't get what I'm saying here? "I'm not an object Peter. I might be with you but I'm not yours to control." I took my hands away from him, beginning to play with my hair till it formed a messy ponytail at the back of my head. By now Peter had backed away, taking in what I had said.

"Fine." He said through gritted teeth, I still wasn't happy with his tone, but I could tell he was trying at least. "But I'm still walking out there with you." A grin settled on his face, trying to convince himself that he had gotten his own way, despite my protest. He reached out his hand, sliding it into mine and pulling back the door on my tent, "ready?" I nodded in excitement. I could hear the hustle and bustle of the boys outside already, so I knew all eyes would witness this. Oh god oh god oh god.

Without warning, Peter was walking out of the tent, guiding me along with him. I stumbled out clumsily in my distracting thought. I could feel 500 pairs of eyes looking at us, I really hated people looking at me. I guess Peter wasn't the same. Murmurs spread across the crowd of boys, most people tapped each other on the shoulder or had to have a double take at what they were seeing. Peter's arm swivelled me naturally to face up at him, wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me closer. My arms made their way around his neck, linking my fingers together and feeling the tufts of his hair brush against my skin. "What are you up to?" I whispered to him, smiling.

"Just showing them what they're missing." He said back to me, tilting his head down. I expected him to kiss me violently and passionately, making sure that no one tried anything, but all I was met with was a simple kiss on my forehead. "I'll see you later my love." He slipped away from me, walking off and looking over his shoulder just once. I stuffed my hands into my pockets. Walking off to where I could see my boys, simply shocked at what they had witnessed.
