"You really are just a devilish young boy aren't you? Did you really think, that Felix wouldn't tell me about your little rescue mission?" a pit formed in my throat. I could have thrown up. We were set up. Again. Peter lunged his arm to grab the sword in his belt. The beautiful sound of the blade scraping against the air sent time into slow motion. Hook's sword was unleashed as it clashed together against Peter's. His hooked hand grabbed Peter's blade and pushed it into the deck of the ship. Peter fell to his knees against the weakness of his shock and the strength of Hook.

Hook grabbed a hold of his shoulders and turned him to face me. His real hand wrapped tightly around Peter's hair and pulling his head back so I could see him. The sharp hook grazing Peter's neck, ready the slice it open with one quick slash. Peter raised his arms to fight back, but the crew grabbed and held his wrists to the side strongly. I could see him gasping for air, even whimpering in frustration as he was forced to look at me. Hook leaned towards Peter's ear.

"Look at her. look at what you've led her to." He grinned, Peter shook his arms, growling in frustration and anger. "And you know the best thing about all of this drama? I didn't actually want her." there was silence. Everyone on that deck was waiting to hear his next words. "She was bait. For you. And now that it's worked..." he dug deeper into Peter's neck, blood trickled down from the puncture he had made. Peter hissed in pain and shut his eyes briefly. When he opened them, I could see the shimmer of held back tears on his eyes. "Any last words Pan? Before you both die?" He asked sickly.

Peter breathed heavily, looking down to the floor before allowing himself to trail his eyes up to mine. "Bella." he began breathlessly. "You asked me. Before you left, you told me that, if I loved you, I could tell you how I knew." he was panting between his words, trying to find the right thing to say. "I couldn't think of how. Until now. I love you, and I know I do. I knew because." he paused. "I stopped hearing my own pipes. Because I couldn't hear them when everyone else could." My heart stopped.

Everything went so silent. The world around me was simply paused. I was dizzy, I was happy, I was so so sad. Everything I had thought to be a lie had become truth and everything I had thought to be true was really a cruel trick. My walls had come crashing down and a sense of deja vu hit me. The same crushing feeling of not knowing how to think, how to feel. Not knowing what to do or say. The same feeling I felt when I found her, lying there on the kitchen floor. Her heart an inactive organ just sitting in her chest.

"Bella, I don't care if you believe me or not. I know I love you. And I know I'll never stop loving you." his voice echoed in the silence. Hooks came following it.

"How sweet, a confession of love in a time of death." He grinned. His hook came away from Peter's neck, waving to the pirates that stood beside me. The ropes binding me were slashed. I ran and skidded to my knees in front of Peter, reaching my hand up to place it on his cheek when I was dragged back by shouting pirates. "Let her have her moment lads!" Hook yelled at them. They paused, confused. "If she's going to die she may as well have one last moment with the demon." one loosened their grip on me, the other throwing me forward.

Peter's hands were still held back, preventing him from taking control of the situation. I held his cheek softly. He leaned into my palm as much as he was being allowed and sighed deeply, before Hook forced his head back into position by his hair. He grunted in slight pain before his eyes trailed back to me. They held a look of guilt, sadness and pain. I could see that all he wanted to do was hold me close for one last time, but they wouldn't let him move, let alone have his arms free.

I was snatched back away, forced to my knees and grabbed by my own hair. Peter was placed next to me, Hook's cutting point to his throat. A shining blade was placed against mine, pressing firmly, preparing to end it all. I took a deep breathe, at least, in my last moment, I got to see him. "Any more final confessions?" Hook taunted us, knowing I just wanted it to be over.
