My head thudded, pounding against my skull. I groaned as my eyes fluttered open, letting the sun beam down and wake me up. I stomach ached and my ribs felt so beat and bruised I knew they must've been broken. I breathed heavily, forcing air to go into my lungs. Let's see how strong you are, move your fingers. I thought. Slowly and carefully, I began to let my fingers twitch and move about. Then my feet and toes, they wriggled and danced inside my socks and shoes. Ok Bella, here goes. I pushed myself up, straightening my arms so that I was fully sat up. Yes! Nice one.

I looked around, and pulled the blanket covering my body. Who changed my clothes? My joggers and hoodie had been replaced. An oversized brown flannel shirt covered my shoulders and wrapped around me, keeping me cozy and warm, under it was a green dress, that had a cute little bow on the neck. I lifted it up a little, black shorts lay underneath it, making sure nothing sketchy was seen. My shoes had been changed back to my beloved brown boots, and grey socks, the laces done up neatly.

A rustle came from the door as someone entered. "You're awake." A kind voice said.

"Oliver!" I said joyfully, pulling him into a big hug. "What happened?" I laughed a little as I let him go. His hand came to the side of my hair, which had been let down, and was flowing gently at my shoulders.
