A few hours later, somebody else decided to give Dream a visit. Entering the prison, Dream's second visitor came up to his cell and saw Dream struggling to remove the arrow head. He did a knock on the bars that caught Dream's attention and quickly made him cover himself with the bloody coat next to him. Tubbo opened the gate and entered closing it behind him. He walked in front of Dream and set a tray down in front of him.

"You got to eat Dream, you haven't had anything since the morning of yesterday" Tubbo said pushing the tray with the baked potato towards him and walking back towards the door. He sounded normal maybe even kind, despite the fact he was in a room with a man who could kill him easily. Dream looked down at the food and back up at Tubbo who he assumed was already leaving. Tubbo sent his arm through one of the bars near the floor and pulled a plastic box from the handle back into the cell. The box was white and had a red cross on either side. Dream raised a brow seeing it and looked back at Tubbo. "Heard you had some injuries. No nurse was willing to come here to treat you, so I figured I could at least help a bit with some things I've learnt. That's if you're ok with me helping you. Are you?" Tubbo asked.

Dream hadn't said a word since Tubbo visited him and was confused on why he would help. "Uhm... sure... you can...help" This was new for Dream. He was always used to forcing others to doing things for him and never had anyone offer him help, let alone talk without being talked to first. It was like Tubbo didn't think of what he had done and saw him as a normal person who needed help. Dream remained to give a confused look as Tubbo kneeled down beside him and opened the box next to him.

"What are all your injuries exactly?" Tubbo asked looking back at him with his hands still in the box.

"Uhm... I just have a few marks on my wrists and neck, maybe the chest too I'm not sure. There's the wound from the arrow you shot here." He said removing the cape and revealing the deep wound that seemed to be dug out. "I removed the shaft, but the arrow head is still in there... There's the cuts on my hands and the wound on my head..." Dream said rubbing his hair. Tubbo went back to digging deep in the box and for the first time Dream didn't feel like he had to look out for something and settled down to watch Tubbo do what he knew.

"By the way, so sorry I shot you with that arrow" Tubbo said pulling out a roll of bandage.

"About that, how did you get my arrow?"

"Tommy gave me that arrow, he said it was what Ranboo had been shot with. He said he wanted me to keep it as a memory and maybe even use it on you if I wanted to" Tubbo said feeling a little nervous.

"Oh... Its, fine I guess." Dream said looking down at his wound. If someone else had told this he would've killed him on the spot, but something about Tubbo didn't make him want to that.

"Your wrist and neck seem to be fine. No cuts it's just a little sore I assume? It should be fine in a few days." Tubbo said examining his hands and neck. "Uhm... I think you should really shower after this" Tubbo said with a small giggle seeing all the blood on him. Dream replied with a small chuckle and a smile as well, it wasn't his usual smile it was a smile that anyone gave for a joke or something that would make them laugh.

"The cuts on your hands... are really deep, you sure you don't feel anything?" Tubbo asked terrified to see the cuts and wondering how he wasn't feeling anything.

"I don't really feel anything much, only time I did was when Tommy pulled the blade." Tubbo removed the gloves and cleaned his hands. He wrapped both of the palms with bandage, enough to protect it but to not stop his fingers from functioning normally.

"I don't know if this is uncomfortable for you, but if you're ok with it, you're going to have to remove your shirt so that I can treat the arrow head and the mark from the rope on your chest." Dream stared at Tubbo with a concerned look.

[I am not describing Tubbo pull out the arrow head even though I legit described a man die. The thing had inward hooks guys. Wait... I just remembered Tubbo's squeamish...oh god]

"Ok, I think that's it. Surprisingly there's not much damage to your head. Just a bruise and cut. You don't feel mentally different right?" Tubbo asked.

"No, not really. I sometimes don't even feel it." Dream said. The cold air brushing up against his bare skin.

"Well then it's done then. The arrow head was really in there, hope it didn't hurt too much." Tubbo said wrapping the blood covered arrow head in a cloth and putting it in the box.

"Oh no its fine."

"Keep the bandage on for a while I'll be back soon to replace it with a new one. Blood might stain it but don't worry about it." Tubbo said. The wide bandage was wrapped around Dream's stomach covering the wound by his hip. "Oh, also here you go, figured you would need a new shirt and gloves since the one you wore is ruined. Hope you like it. We tried to make it to your liking at possible." Tubbo said tossing a pile of folded clothes at Dream. Tubbo left the cell with a bye. Getting out of his view, Dream unfolded the clothes. There was pair of gloves exactly like what he wore. A black turtleneck t-shirt that was loose by the sleeves with a long sleeved lime green hoodie. The elastic giving a comfortable tightness around the wrists and waist and a kangaroo pocket in front just big enough to hold his hands. It was clear the black shirt was for comfort purposes and the green hoodie is what Tubbo meant in 'tried to make it to your liking'. Dream wore the new clothes embracing in the first time anyone had given him something on intention and not force.
