lizzie lizzie lizzie. it was all she thought about. hope couldn't help but replay their day together continuously in her head. same for lizzie. josie could see their tension. a good type of tension. the type you have when you're intensely falling in love.. but you don't know it yet.

the super squad was called into the library. an emergency. "i got some information on malivore," alaric began. "a witch, a vampire & a werewolf were all apart of the making of malivore." what relevance did this have? lizzie couldn't help but wonder. "okay?" kaleb crossed his arms. "this doesn't help anything." jed added on. hope began to fiddle with her fingers. she knew. josie could tell. and lizzie could tell that josie could. "i don't know you guys," alaric finally broke his silence. "it could be useful." hope couldn't take it anymore. she put the pieces together. this conversation was agony. it was something hope hadn't even thought about. like. ever.

hope grabbed her tote bag and stormed out. "what's her problem?" kaleb scoffed. "again?" he quickly added. lizzie glared at him. but she couldn't be that mad. she wanted to know what happened with hope too. lizzie knew what she had to do. it was time that she dealt with hope for once. she went to grab her bag before she heard the library door slam.

josie had already gone after her.

deep breaths. deep breaths... hope repeated in her head. "hey," hope heard a voice say from behind. she slowly turned around to see josie practically out of breath. "i don't want to talk about it." hope crossed her arms. josie finlly caught her breath. "you know," josie said seriously.

hope looked away for a moment before josie finished her sentence. "you know, don't you?" hope finally looked back at josie. "i saw your face hope," josie continued. hope knew where this was going. "the second my dad said witch, vampire and werewolf your eyes lit up." hope's eyes began to water. she didn't want to think about this. "tell me, hope." josie should've left this to lizzie. she could've handled it better. "to defeat malivore.." before she could finish her sentence the rest of the super squad had already walked out. "hope," alaric raised his eyebrow. hope looked away from josie & looked at the super squad. "to defeat malivore.." hope looked at the super squad. "i have to become the tribrid."
