You sigh as you shut the door behind you gently, so as to not wake up Wonwoo. You toe off your old converse and leave them by the door, making your way into the apartment that you spend more time in than your own. You drop your keys on the kitchen table and walk around the countertop to the refrigerator, pouring yourself a glass of pomegranate juice; it's your boyfriend's but you're sure he wouldn't mind.

"Where were you?" You nearly drop your glass at the deep voice that you presume comes from the living room. You let out a deep breath upon the realization that it's just your boyfriend though, and flick on the light switch, surprised to see Wonwoo in the same clothes that he wore to school that day.

"Woo? What's wrong? Why are you still in your school clothes? Actually, why are you still up? I thought you'd be asleep by now?" The questions come pouring out your mouth, the concern for your lover seeping through the sentences.

Wonwoo turned his head slowly to look at you and your eyes widened as he glared at you with his sharp eyes, a look that was usually given to those at your college, but never to you. You must have messed up big time.

"Woo, I—"

"Where? Were you?" You swallowed your spit, hating when anyone, let alone the man that you love, was mad at you. Before you could answer his question though, he asked a new one. "Were you with Mingyu?"

Your brows furrowed in confusion at the mention of your roommate. What the hell did Mingyu have to do with anything? "Yes, I was with Gyu, but what does he have to-" You were interrupted for the second time tonight and it was slowly starting to irritate you.

"Of course you were. Of course you fucking were. You're always with Mingyu. Always talking about Mingyu. Mingyu this, Mingyu that. I'm sick and tired of you blowing me off for him," he ranted in a heated voice, obviously having felt like this for a while."I called you today, you know? You didn't answer, probably because you were too caught up with Mingyu. Do you even care anymore, Y/n? Do you even love me anymore?" His voice was straining by the end and you knew he was trying his best not to cry. You so badly wanted to walk over and embrace him, but...

"That's not fair, Wonwoo. You can't just blame me and accuse me of not loving you anymore because of Mingyu. He's my best friend, Woo. You're my boyfriend and I love you. I'm sorry I didn't answer your calls, I didn't even hear my phone ringing, but please don't ever say I don't care. I do, with all my fucking heart. It's taking all of my willpower to not just scoop you into my arms right now, do you know that? I'm sorry that you've felt this way and I'm sorry for never realizing that I was hurting you. I'm sorry."

You rushed forward as your boyfriend finally broke down, the dam of tears breaking as he sobbed into your cashmere sweater. You rubbed small circles into his back, peppering kisses on the crown of his head and whispering apologies over and over.

And that's how Mingyu found the two of you hours later, curled up together on Wonwoo's dingy, old couch. Your sweater was a mess of tears and snot and Wonwoo's face was streaked from crying, but the both of you had small smiles on your faces, so he guesses everything is ok.
