Of all the things that could've happened to Hyunjin on a Thursday afternoon, a random lady walking up to him and demanding cuddles was certainly not one that he expected.
"Cuddles?" he repeated back to the unfamiliar woman, his eyes narrowed in confusion. She was looking at him with something like fear in her eyes. What the hell is going on?
"Yes baby! You promised me cuddles when we get back home. You better not back out now," she said loudly, wrapping her arms around Hyunjin's middle, the action making him a little flustered. This stranger was all cozied up with the boy and claiming to be his lover and once that thought registered in his mind, Hyunjin wanted nothing more than to push her off. Sure, she was cute, but she was still a stranger. Before he could push her away though, she leaned in closer to him and whispered in his ear, her breath tickling him.
"Listen, I don't know you, but I need a favor." Before she could explain exactly what the favor was, another voice rang in the air.
"This is your boyfriend? Please, I'm much better looking than this dude, so why don't you leave him and come home with me." As he spoke, the man reached out to grab her arm but Hyunjin was quick to stop him. His eyes glared at the man before him, his posture hostile.
"I would appreciate it if you would keep your hands off of my girlfriend," he said, his tone harsh. He expected the guy to back off now but like most things today, the unexpected happened. He came closer.
"Oh? And what are you going to do if I don't?" The man said in a mocking tone. Hyunjin wasn't one to fight but he also wasn't one to let his pride get hurt. So he punched the douchebag.
Long story short, Hyunjin got his ass beat.
"Ow, be careful."
"Sorry, but it isn't my fault that you decided to punch the dude. He was like 10 times your size."
"It is kinda your fault. If you weren't so pretty-"
"You think I'm pretty?"
"Shut up."
