"No, I'm not.." he breathed out, closing his eyes shut as he stood in his spot. Fists balled up tightly—his knuckles turning a ghostly white.

The others looked at the youngest, their eyes mirroring the same emotion—confusion.

"What's wrong Jisung?" the tanned finally asked.

A couple of seconds passed, those seconds turning into minutes, and those minutes passed— they started feeling like hours. Time wasn't in their favor and they grew more impatient waiting.

"Nothing, I'm going home," he huffed, his chin met with his chest as his pupils came in direct eye contact with the polished floor.

Eyeing his dirt covered shoes, with the heavy rain it must've seemed like he stepped in mud puddles on the way over here.

"Okay just be careful." the eldest assured the youngest, giving him a thumbs up before walking away to probably use the restroom.

His head finally came up to meet gazes with the others— "Bye guys," he waved them goodbye as he went the other way to where the entrance was.

. . .

"Knock knock" he lightly knocked on the wall, making the girl startled. His figure leaned against the door frame, eyeing down the raven haired girl as her head turned to face him.

"Who's there?" She slightly chuckled, her cheeky smile revealing her pearly whites. Finally, it was about time she would be discharged from the hospital and she could go home without any complications.

She was sure she lost her tastebuds from how horrible the hospital food was, starving seemed like a reasonable choice.

"It's time to go, are you ready?" he peeled himself off the door frame, heading towards her bed where she sat at the edge of, swinging her feet back and forth as they were too short for her tippy toes to even touch the ground.

She nodded her head, eyes closed shut as she gave him a small smile. His hand placed out in front of her, waiting for her to take it— once she did, he pulled her off the bed and into his embrace.

"Ahh how I missed this," her face snuggled into the man's chest, the smell of fresh laundry detergent and cologne mixed together to fill her nostrils with a familiar smell she adored so much.
