It was a nightmare that repeated itself.
There was no waking up and no escape. The truth slammed into me with each step the hunter took forward. This time I would not see a knight riding a white steed.
He wouldn't allow it even if one tried to come. He was the devil in disguise. A monster haunting my dreams.
The one I couldn't get away from.
My cries fell onto deaf ears. I was trapped in a cell with no windows and a door I hated seeing open each day. Even if I escaped... even if I got past the monster who hunted me, I was too far away from my family.
Sam wouldn't appear. Jasper wouldn't be able to find me. Dad couldn't shot the one who brought me harm.
