Tarzan kept thinking over his decision as he walked toward the ocean where he will meet the others. He can smell the salty air and took a deep breath. He doesn't remember the last time he walked near the ocean. Except this time, sadness pulled him back to stay.

He spotted the group near a boat and stepped out. Jane was the first to notice and shook Brook.

Brook frowned and turned around. Her eyes widened at his appearance. She softly smiled and walked up to him.

"You came."

Tarzan smiled and cupped her cheek. He saw as she wore her blue scarf around her head again. Brook loved the warmth and leaned on his touch.

"Are you sure?" she worriedly asked, cupping his hand.

Tarzan nodded and turned to the others, who were waiting for them.

"Tarzan! I'm so glad you found us in time," Jane smiled.

"Let's get in the boat, shall we? Mustn't keep the captain waiting," Clayton spoke.

They all got on and floated to the ship. Tarzan didn't realize his friends calling him.

Terk and Tantor rushed to the beach and spotted him far away. Terk saw Kala crying a few minutes ago and asked what happened. When she realized what occurred, she ran to the beach, and Tantor followed her.

"We're too late! I can't believe it," Terk cursed, getting down from Tantor. "If you'd have pulled over and asked for directions–"

"We didn't get to say goodbye," Tantor whimpered.

Terk grits her teeth in frustration, throwing rocks at the ocean. Did it mean nothing to him?! All their years of friendship?! Did he seriously choose a stranger over his family?!

Not only that, he didn't even say goodbye.

"Yeah, well, good riddance! All right? Who needs ya? Huh?! Go on, get out of here, bald boy! You ingrate! You bald ingrate! Go on and rot, for all I care! Go!" she huffed, trembling.

Tantor frowned sadly at her. He knew how much it really affects her.

"What are you lookin' at?" Terk snapped, turning away from him.

"I'm gonna miss him too," Tantor's eyes whispered.

Terk groaned and walked away, Tantor not far behind.

The boat reached the ship and Brook couldn't help but be sad and happy at the same time. Tarzan wouldn't say it but she noticed how his behavior changed. Something happened with his family and she can't help but blame herself for happening.
