"Woah, what's with the hairdo?" Uma chuckled, noticing Mila putting her hair up.

Given how many people more lived in Auradon now, they've had to fit more students in the same dorm. Mila had only just returned from her roadtrip with Gil and Jay, and thanks to the talk she had with the boys, she was determinded to take the next step in her relationship with Mal.

Being engaged.

The thought of being married made her nervous but mainly excited. But Mila was raised suprisingly old school, and if there's one thing she didn't want to do, it'd be proposing to Mal without getting permission from both her parents first.

Even with Maleficent still being a lizard and Hades being a sorta-redeemed villain, they were both important to Mal and therefore important for Mila.

There was no way she was gonna propose without her future in-laws permission.

"What, I can't try to look sorta decent?" Mila asked in a joking manner, making Uma playfully roll her eyes.

"In all the time I've known you, you literally never done anything with your hair." The sea witch pointed out.

Mila sighed softly, giving Uma an amused look. "I need to impress someone, okay? If it goes well, you'll hear about it later," She told her.

"If it goes wel?" Uma repeated curiously. "Who do you need to impress?"

"You're a clever girl, you can figure it out," Mila hummed teasingly, shutting the door behind her as she went looking for Hades.

Big chance the god of the Underworld would either be on the Isle of the Lost, visiting Mal or be on Mount Olympus.

Given how Hades did not want to talk to Zeus, Olympus wasn't an option. He also couldn't be visiting Mal, cause Mila knew the dark fairy was restraining Evie from buying all fabric Agrabah had to offer.

So, the young dragon made her way to the Isle of the Lost, the guards letting her trough immediately.

The isle had changed a lot, it was cleaner and loads of volunteers helped with reconstructing most of the buildings.

The streets were regulary cleaned and it had opened up a lot of job opportunities, which came in handy to help teach some of the vk's and reforming villains the value of hard work.

Mila sighed in relief as she took out a copy of the map of the Isle of the Lost, silently thanking Ben for insisting she kept one on her. Hades' lair wasn't difficult to find, especially once she noticed the 'get lost' sign and the 'beware of the dog' posters the God had plastered all over his lair.

The path down was pretty straight forward, and soon enough she found the god, lazing on the couch similair to when she went to get the Ember with Mal and Celia.

She opened her mouth to say hello, but the God beat her to it. "What do you want?"

Mila sighed, slightly amused as she sat down on the arm of the couch. "To talk to you,"

Hades raised an eyebrow, removing his sunglasses from his face as he looked at her. "Did something happen to Mal?"

"No, but it is related to her," Mila nodded slightly. Hades face remained unreadable as he gestured for Mila to hurry up.

The red head sighed softly. "Alright, no point beating around the bush. I want your permission," She said, standing up from the arm of the couch.

"For?" Hades asked, brow furrowed together.

"To marry Mal," Mila smiled slightly, unable to ignore the nervousness growing in her stomach.

"And why would I let you?" Hades asked, his face going unreadable once more.
