Everything is....so bright. Am....am I dead?
A bright light was shining on my face instantly. I closed my eyes to avoid the light.
"Good, you're awake," I heard a man's voice announce happily. The light stopped, and I opened my eyes; I saw a human in a white coat standing beside me.
"Do you know what year it is?" He asked, "can you speak?""Uh...1963" I groaned out, raising my right hand to hold my head..i felt something in my left arm. An I.V? Oh, i'm in the hospital.
"Good, and who's president?" He questioned.
Is this guy stupid or something?
"John Kennedy," I muttered out, sitting up most I could to get my tail out from between my legs."Perfect," The doctor announced happily.
Something seems off.
"Where are my parents?" I asked.
"Your father left a bit ago, and your mother Is sleeping" he gestured towards a small where my mother was sleeping on in the corner of the room. They do care...mom does, at least.
"Now, can you answer a few questions for me?" He questioned.
I nodded in response.
"Why were you in the rain?"
"I was hiking."
He glared at me, not believing what I said.
"In the rain. Without a coat or proper shoes?" I felt venom in those words. "Come on, kid, don't lie to me."
"You wouldn't believe me."
"I've heard weird things in this business; I doubt you can surprise me." he scoffed.
I then tries to explain everything, the potion the visions and the tower in the woods.
He was silent for a moment..
"I understand all those words separately." the doctor sighed out. "You're going to be transferred to the Hybrid clinic soon"
He left the room with a sigh in frustration and then.....Darius walked in.
"Joey!" he yelled and hugged me tightly. "You're okay!"
"Ow ow"
Okay...everything is sore.
He broke the hug and stepped back with a guilty look on his face.
"Sorry," he muttered "it's just I was really worried about you"
