Y/n P.O.V (Noon) (Lucinda And Y/n's Bedroom)
"Lucinda! Lucinda wake up!" I call out as I gently shake Lucinda awake. She steadily flutters wake and worry begins to take over her face.
"Y/n?" She asks sleepily. "Y/n what's happened" She asks as she sits up and takes my hand.
"I...I..." I stutter out.
"It's okay, don't worry. Just tell" Lucinda says.
"There's no one awake to eat this breakfast I made" I say, holding a tray with two bacon rolls, pancakes and some eggy toast, while holding back a smile from my face as Lucinda's expression changes from worry to disgust.
"Ouch ouch ouch, I'm sorry I'm sorry. Just let go of my ear" I shout as she does just that while I flail around.
A few minutes pass and I find myself sitting in a ball on the floor while Lucinda eats the breakfast a made for her, tucked up in bed, while I await her forgiveness.
"Lucinda..." I wine with drooping ears.
"Nope, you're still not forgiven" She mumbles while nomming on her pancakes. "And don't think you can get out of this by..." She starts but I cut her off as my cat body rubs against her side before I turn over and expose my belly with the biggest and most adorable kitten eyes I can pull off. "...by turning into a cat"
"Fine...you're forgiven. But this, won't always work for you" She says, fooling no one as she starts scratching my belly.
Knock knock knock!
"Well there's today's adventure" Lucinda jokes sarcastically. I can tell she just wants to sleep for today.
"I'll get it" I say after shifting back. "Just worry about finishing your breakfast. I'll handle whatever chaos the neighbours bring"
"Are we ever gonna get a break? It feels like there's always some sort of comedic disaster going on" Lucinda jokes.
"You'd be bored with out and you know it" I say as I crawl over and kiss her on the cheek. "Now just make sure you're comfy and relaxed, I'll take care of the rest"
Knock knock knock!
"I'm coming, hold on!" I shout as I slide on my hoodie. I quickly shift into cat form and use my increased agility to run downstairs and through the cat flap.
"GOOD MORNING!!!" I greet after shifting back, where I'm met with the confused faces of Garroth, Aaron and Kim.
"Y/n? You're not naked?" Garroth says, commenting on the fact that I'm still in my hoodie and PJ's despite just being a cat.
"She's normally naked?" Kim asks, shocked.
"Lucinda used a spell so that my clothes disappear when I shift, then reappear when I shift back. Handy right?" I say. "Also with all the training Lucinda has been helping me with, I can shift pretty much instantly now. Though only into and out of cat form. Turning into a panther still takes a few seconds and a lot of concentration"
"You can turn into a panther?!?!" Kim asks, more shocked than before.
"Do you still rip through your clothes when turning into a panther?" Garroth asks.
"Nope, they disappeared also. Means I don't have to worry about destroying my hoodie" I say proudly.
"Aren't you cold" Aaron asks. "Hoodie or not, you're still in your PJ's"
"Yep!" I say as the February air seeps in and shivers down my back, stiffening my tail. "Lets go inside"
I lean them in where they all make themselves comfortable in the living room, besides Kim who remains stiffer than a brick. I head into the over room to get changed while Aaron starts to recap the last few minutes.
