Y/n P.O.V
Knock knock
"Hey Y/n?" Zane asks as he walks in.
"Hey" I say quietly. Slightly depressed.
"Y/n, what's wrong?" He asks sincerely as he closes the door behind him.
"I'm not allowed to talk to Lucinda" I say moppingly.
"Cause of the whole familiar thing?"
"Yep"
"Well I don't know anything about relationship, but I know that you need a distraction" He says.
"Like what?" I ask. He says nothing but gestures towards my PC. "Thanks Zane"
"Anytime" He says as he leaves.
I walk over to my PC with a happy heart and log in to our game to check to see if anyone's online.
G/n (Game Name): Yo anyone wanna do something?
FC: What did you have in mind?
G/n: Not sure. Just need a distraction
FC: That kinda day?
G/n: Yep. Now we gonna keep yapping or are we gonna get to gaming
FC: Sure, I've got a quest that needs doing. Imma try and get Shu on
G/n: Sure thing. And thanks FC
FC: Anytime
Knock knock
"Hey Y/n" Garroth says as he peeps his head in.
"Yeah?"
"I'm going out for a bit so since Mom and Dad our out. You're in charge"
"Okay. You going anywhere interesting?" I ask.
"Just hanging with Laurance" He says, though he's clearly lying. "Well bye"
"Cya"
Garroth P.O.V
MG: Park, under the bridge. 10 minutes
As soon as I read the message I immediately get my things and get ready to leave. I quickly pop in to Y/n to tell her I'm leaving. I head out and in about 8 minutes, I'm at the park.
Its dark out so I can't tell exactly where the bridge is so I just follow the path and hope for the best.
"I just don't like it Gene" I hear a female voice call out. It's faint but I tell where it's coming from.
I continue down the path till I see the bridge. I quickly jump behind a tree and listen in.
"Sasha, this is what has to be done" Gene says.
"I know. I just don't like hurting Y/n" She says.
"Oh boo hoo. Keep your little girl crush out of this" Zenix mocks.
"Shut up Zenix" Sasha shouts.
"Both of you. Quiet" Gene orders. "Everything's going according to plan so all you two need to do is keep your heads together a little bit longer"
"Are you sure he's gonna do his part?" Sasha questions.
"I'm not sure. He's done everything we've asked so far. We'll just have to wait and see" Gene says.
"And what about Balto?" Zenix asks.
"He'll cooperate. Aaron's been causing a mess with the werewolf's so Balto will do whatever's asked of him, so long as Aaron's removed. He's been getting in the way of my plans for Aphmau, so him being gone helps everyone" Gene says.
"Why are we even going after Aphmau? I think it's a waist of time" Zenix grumps.
"And that's why you're not in charge. Aphmau and Y/n are every close. With her out of Y/n's life it only leaves, the other three problems" Gene says.
"And what about Lucinda?" Sasha asks.
I can hear Gene take in a deep breath. "All we have to do with her is wait. It's only a matter of time till" Gene starts but is stopped by someone new speaking up.
"So, is everything going as it's supposed to" A gruffly voice orders.
"So long as you and the other werewolf's are ready for Monday. Our other friend should deal with the rest and your Aaron problem will be dealt with" Gene says cockily.
"And when is this other friend of yours going to be here?" The werewolf asks.
"He should be here any" Gene starts.
Sniff sniff
"What's wrong" Gene asks.
"Someone else is here. Somewhere in the trees" The werewolf shouts.
And with that I take my leave. I make sure to stick to the trees till I make it out of the park.
I rush home and quickly get changed. Putting my used clothes in the washing machine so no one can track their sent. I breath a sigh of relief and head up to check on Y/n.
I go to knock on the door but it sounds like she's having fun with her friends so I decide not to bother her.
Y/n P.O.V
"Good morning Y/n" Garte says as he walks into my room.
"Morning" I say.
"This weekend I've got a business trip, I thought it could be a good time to bond. If you're interested"
I take a moment to consider it. "Okay" I say.
"Well I'll get it arranged. Have a good day at school" He says as he leaves.
"Thanks" I say and he turns back and gives me an honest smile.
I finish getting ready and head to school. Soon enough I'm there and the day goes by pretty quick. Eventually, it reaches lunch and I start to head down to the lunch hall. Hoping I catch Lucinda since I haven't seen her yet.
As I walk down the halls I start to hear arguing. The voices sound oddly familiar.
"Then nothing will stop me from. Kissing Aphmau"
Gene.
I turn the corner and see Aphmau being harassed by Gene and some werewolf guy being blocked my three other werewolf's. I think his names Aaron, I'm sure he's a werewolf but he doesn't have his ears or tail out. There's also something else about him but I don't pay it any mind.
Aaron looks pissed and goes to step towards Aphmau.
Punch
Aaron gets punched by the lead werewolf and gets knocked down. The werewolf goes in for another swing. I run in.
Block
I reach out to Aaron and pull him up. Gene looks confused and Aphmau punches him in the face. He gets knocked back and runs off. Coward.
The three werewolf's look pissed and get ready for a fight.
"Get out of here" Aaron orders.
"Not a chance" I say with a smug grin on my face.
