The Raid Part 3

The building keeps rumbling but I don't take the chance of stopping. I make it all the way to the surface and hide.

A giant explosion leaves a hole in the ground, smoke rising from it.

I stay in my spot, surprised to see others not too far from me. The green haired boy, Deku, melts away to reveal the blondie, Toga. Twice is with her, and so is some masked guy with a hat. They are talking to each other but I'm too far away to hear anything. I just watch their hand motions and movements.

I look away for a second to see if anyone else is around and when I look back, the girl is naked. Everyone's at the edge of the hole, looking in. Toga shoves the masked-hat guy into the hole.

I can hear more fighting. A couple minutes later the Deku flies out of the hole, holding onto Eri.

I fall back, onto my butt, and stare. Tears well up in my eyes and I wipe them away. Eri is finally gonna be safe.

He lands on the ground, holding her tightly.

I stand up, wanting to run to the heroes, to be saved, but something keeps me held in place.

Toga and Twice are gone, I'm not sure where.

My hope of being saved vanishes all too quickly. Chisaki, mutated and different, comes out of the hole. He's scarier than ever in this form. I only see his top half, the rest is reconstructed into something. They fight, and he never lets Eri go, he keeps her tied to his back somehow, using her quirk to keep himself from dying.

I run again. I can't stay behind to be taken again or get hurt. I hide behind some wall and nearly scream when I see the other two here. Toga and Twice. I watch them, silently.

Toga's clothed again. "Dang Izuku, nice."

"Hey what's Compress doing?" twice leans over a little to look around.

I hide farther back.

The fight is getting worse.

Silently, I slip away, running again. I don't know where to go but I just run. I'm not even sure I know what I'm doing at this point, but running seems a better option than dying. Or getting arrested.

I don't make it too far though. I spot the police loading chisaki into a van. Against my better judgement, I run to it. The guys leave for a second and I slip into the back.

For some reason, my heart drops when I see Chisaki caged up the way he is. I find a hiding spot in the van.

The men come back and we leave. During the drive I hear one saying, "We're currently transporting 11 members of the Shie Hassaikai to..."

I stop listening and close my eyes. I'm tired. Maybe I can nap until we get to wherever we're going.
