I stirred in bed, trying to get into a comfortable position to read my book.

The apartment was more quiet than usual tonight, most likely because of the absence of the noisy bird man.

When keigo informed me him and some of his hero workmates would be going of for drinks tonight, he urged me to go to sleep and not wait up as he would be back after 12.

But with the help of my Melatonin tablets needing refilling and the longing to see my boyfriend again, I was awake, denying his request.

Just as I got into a comfortable position and began reading, and obnoxious ringing sounded through my empty apartment.

I looked down to see keigos <3 Caller ID.

I immediately sat up and picked up the phone, sliding the call.

"Hey ke-"

"ANGEL!, HI BABY"
He yelled into the phone.

"Hey Kei, is everything alright, you're yelling"
I say with a little chuckle.

"Oh ah yeah yeah I think everything's fine"
He says slurring his words.

I sighed.
"How drunk are you kei?"

"Uh well I don't think I'd be a very good judge of that baby"
He continued to butcher his speech

"Kei is Aizawa still with you?"

"Yes, he's being a party pooper though"
I can practically hear his pout.

"Would you mind putting him on please baby?"
I ask, speaking slow enough for his intoxicated brain to understand.

"Yes of course. Just get prepared to be bored"
I hear shuffling on his end and muffled talking on top of the quite loud music in the background.

A loud exasperated sigh is heard as Aizawa is put on.

"Hey sho, how are things going? You having fun?"
I ask knowing he's about as antisocial as I am

"How do you deal with him everyday, it's been 4 hours and I need to take a Panadol"

I chuckle into the microphone.
"Is mic with you guys"

"Yes sadly, I have to deal with two obnoxious intoxicated children"

"If you want I can come pick him up?"
I offer, missing my boyfriends comfort.

"No no it's alright, I'll drop them home now, I just don't think I have to toddler seats bigger for those two"
He jokes.

"Good luck sho, I'll see you soon"

"I'll need it"

The call continues as it's passed back to keigo.

"Angel, are you there?!"
He yells into the phone.

"Yes kei, shotas going to take you home alright?"

"Aw yay!"

"I'll see you soon alright kei"

"Okay okay, I love you, bye okay love you bye-!"

I say expecting the call to end right after.

"Wait you do-"
He asks surprised as if we don't say it soberly to each other all the time.

I can't help but giggle.
"Yes kei, very much"

"Aww I love you Angel. And you're so pretty. I think you're so so pretty and I can't wait to see you"
