My favourite books? Oh, I've got plenty. That's all I've been doing since I was like five, reading. I've read all sorts : Romance, Murder-mysteries, Fantasy.

My most favorite kid book happens to be 'The Velveteen Rabbit' written by Margery Williams. It was the first novel that I read and that book is still very, very close to my heart. It's about this little stuffed rabbit who was given to a little boy on Christmas day. The boy, though, forgets the rabbit as it was old-fashioned and preferred modern toys. Then another toy, the oldest toy, said that toys could become real from their owner's love which fascinated the rabbit greatly. The story goes on from there, about how the velveteen rabbit became real and even though I'm much older than the age group who are supposed to read the Velveteen Rabbit now, I still do read it, because that story makes me so very happy.

Another great novel I love is 'Little Women', a book which is an essential part of every young girl's life. Of course, the story is about four sisters, Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy and follows their lives.

One book which I'll say is a masterpiece is 'Fault in Our Stars.' It's the only book that has made me cry and is written in such a beautiful way, that it breaks my heart. Hazel Grace Lancaster had terminal cancer but suddenly when she meets Augustus Waters at the Cancer Support group, her life changes. This book is so heart-breaking that I haven't touched it since the first time I read it even though I love rereading books. Without a doubt, I'll say that it's one of my most favorites but children under 12 should wait until their teens.

What are the first things that come to your mind when we say the word princess? Intelligent, beautiful, smart, maybe? Well, not Princess Amelia Thermopolis Renaldo from 'the Princess Diaries'. All Mia wanted to do was to pass 9th grade, when she found out that she was the Princess of Genovia. Enter her life through the Princess Diaries series, where she's miserably failing Algebra, having dreaded princess lessons with her 'grandmere', Clarisse Renaldo and having boy troubles. A book full of laughs, this certainly is a very nice series.

'Daddy Long Legs' is another amazing book I've read. Jerusha Abbot is an orphan who is sent to a college by a certain unknown trustee, who asks nothing but a letter from her each month. The whole book is composed of the letters from Jerusha as she writes to her dearest Daddy Long Legs, with an amazing plot twist in the end.

'Anne of Green Gables' has been made famous due to the web series 'Anne with An E' but have you read the real book? Meet Anne Shirley, an orphan, adopted by Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert, who wanted a boy instead of a girl. Anne has been lonely all her life until she is adopted and is brought to Avonlea. There she meets her bosom friend, Diana Barry; Mrs. Lynde, her neighbour, and Gilbert Blythe, whom she hates with all her heart. Take a look at her life, with the Anne of Green Gables series of 8 books.

'Jane Eyre'. A book filled with romance, thrill and suspense which gives you shivers. It isn't one of my favorite books but it is my most favorite book of all. Jane Eyre isn't beautiful but she is intelligent, calm and sensible. She falls in love with Edward Rochester, her employee at Thornfield Hall when she teaches Adele, Mr. Rochester's ward. Oh, but she has competition, from none other than the strikingly beautiful and rich lady, Blanche Ingram. Will Mr. Rochester love her? Are they destined for a happily-ever-after? A thrilling book, this is a must read for tweens and teens.

Divergent is an awesome read for dystopia lovers. In Beatrice Prior's time, the world is divided into five factions, Abnegence, Dauntless, Amity, Erudite and Candor. Abnegence born Tris is not content with Abnegence and chooses Dauntless instead, made for the brave. Does she pass her extreme initiation tests, or not? Read the book to find out.

There you go! The list of my all time favorite books. Be sure to read them and tell me what you thought.
