Hey everyone! @sincerelyrxse here :)
Today I want to talk about making sure you make the most out of your reading time so you can wind-down, get rid of stress and feel a bit better.
Whilst I'm reading a good book I like to do a few things:
-Make a hot chocolate! Love a good hot chocolate, especially since it's really cold where I am in England. It's even nicer if you have some little marshmallows to put in it.
-Light a candle. Candles smell so nice and help you calm down before going to bed.
-Play some music. It can just be quiet in the background so it doesn't distract you, I like to put my headphones in and have it quite quiet as I find it also helps me read faster.
-Put on some fluffy socks and wrap up in a blanket, all I can think about is the cold and it's better to wrap up before you start reading than instead having to stop because you're so cold.
-If it's warm where you are then maybe make yourself a cooling drink that you like and read in the shade outside to enjoy the sun.
I hope these things make reading even more enjoyable and helps you relax. <3
