School ended and we were all leaving school. I had hoped that Sook and I could quickly get ready for our date, but luck was not on my side again.

"Sook!" Kibum shouted behind us, we all turned to him, I was confused, what does he want from Sook now?

"That's my name" Sook replied just as annoyed and crossed her arms which confused me even more.

"Don't you want to apologize?" Kibum asked in a playful friendly manner whereupon I looked confused at Sook, she shook her head.

"Why should I?" she asked annoyed what made Kibum visibly more tense. "Please... my nose is cracked" Kibum replied.

I tore my eyes open, he must have covered his nose but was his nose cracked? From Sook?

"Uh... own fault?" Sook said as if it was obvious what Kibum rolled his eyes at. "I see you don't see how serious this is right now... should I put you in the same situation then?" the last part he grinned rather greedily which put me on alert.

Kibum raises his fist just before ramming it into Sook. Fortunately, I was standing next to Sook, and I quickly stood in front of her and felt the slap in my face.

"YA!" I heard Minho scream and looked up again to see how the boys grabbed Kibum to stop him from doing more stupid things. I held my nose tight, I felt blood flow down from it.

"Ah, I have to admit, I've wanted to hit you for a long time too, so I'm not even disappointed that you protected her" said Kibum happily while still fidgeting in the grip of the boys.

I held my nose and tried as best I could to stop the blood from flowing, Sook walked over to me and pressed a napkin into my hand.

"You can be glad that I have something like that with me" said Sook angrily and already moved it to my nose. "Now don't be such a darling Sook" grinned Kibum whereupon Sook turned to him annoyed.

"You stay out of there" she said and turned back to me. "Do you actually know why Chan really accepted the deal?" suddenly asked Kibum for what I looked at him in shock.

Sook turned to him slightly confused. "The real reason?" she asked. The grip on Kibum has loosened slightly, which is why he was now standing in front of Sook.

"He always told me he did it to get popular in school" Kibum began.

Does he really know the real reason?

"But I think now I understand why he actually did it" Kibum grinned in my direction. Sook looked at me in surprise, but I didn't know how to react.

"It looks like you knew each other before when you were younger and I noticed that Chan has a special attraction to you... which is why he must have agreed to stand in front of you like a hero".

I didn't understand exactly what he was talking about, so I moved a little closer to Kibum, confused what he was talking about.

"He made the deal, got popular, bullied you and turned his back on us to look like a hero" he grinned. My mouth opened slightly in shock, that bastard!

"How are we supposed to believe you?" Minho asked skeptically, someone who doesn't believe him directly.

You should always be skeptical about Kibum, Stray Kids learned that best, but he still seemed too convincing.

I looked at Sook who looked at him in shock, she probably didn't know how to react either.

"Okay, that's enough, we'll take him away... you both go home" Minho said and started off with the others.
