The air was heavy with mist. There was only silence except for the sound of the waves that overlapped each other. And in the thick mist was a boat, gently being guided across the water.

Naruto sat right at the front, with his legs and arms crossed as he looked ahead. Sakura and Sasuke was behind him. Sasuke just stared ahead with an expressionless while Sakura kept giving Sasuke glances and then blushing. Rin was behind them as she stared in the distance to her right. Kakashi and Tazuna was right behind her with the man who guided the boat standing behind them.

Rin looked down at the waters and leaned out a bit as she saw her own reflection. She lifted her hand and dipped it in the cold freezing water. But she didn't mind the coldness even though it was making her hand painfully numb every passing seconds. She felt the water slip past the gaps between her fingers; it was a nice sensation.

"What a thick mist? I can't see ahead." said Naruto as Rin snapped out of her trance.

She lifted her hand out of the water and breathed warm air to it to get it to warm up faster.

"We should see the bridge soon." said the man guiding the boat. "The wave country is at the base of that bridge."

They all waited patiently as they waited to see something in the mist. And soon enough they were awarded for their patient. Naruto was the first one to notice it.

"WOW!! It's huge!!" He exclaimed.

The bridge was at least 10 foot high, it looked strong and sturdy but it was unfinished.

"Be quiet!" hissed the man. "Why do you think we are hiding in the mist and not using the engine? We'll be in deep trouble if Gatou finds us!!"

Naruto Clamped his mouth with his hands.

"Gatou?" questioned Rin. "Who is Gatou?"

"Yes." Kakashi looked at Tazuna as did everyone else. "I think that now is the time to explain yourself, Tazuna-san, now that we are near Wave Country."

Tazuna looked down with a grim expression.

"Alright." He looked up. "About this mission, you are right. This mission is probably outside of your duties. It turns out that my life is sought after by a dangerous man."

"A dangerous man?" asked Naruto.

"Who?" asked Sakura.

Tazuna stayed silent.

"Gatou." stated Kakashi.

"Yes. The wealthy shipping magnet, a man named Gatou." Tazuna confirmed.

"From the gatou company right? He's said to be one of the worlds few extremely wealthy people." said Kakashi.

"Yes, officially he runs a large shipping company." said Tazuna. "But secretly he sells drugs and other illegal items, using ninjas and gang members to take over businesses and countries. He's a very nasty man."

Tazuna's eyes hardened.

"It was about a year ago when he set his eyes on the wave country. Through money and violence, he quickly took control of the country's shipping industry. Gatou now has a monopoly on all business traffic in the country. The only thing has to fear now-"
