"What's the distance between the target?" crackled Kakashi through the speaker.
"5 meters. I'm ready anytime." replied Naruto.
"Same here." said Sakura.
"Me too." added Sasuke.
"........."
"Rin?" asked Kakashi.
"Um... sensie, she's asleep." said Sakura
"Huh?! Where?!"
"Right... above the target.... on the tree."
"Zzzzzzzzzz..." snored Rin.
"What?!! Ahh, whatever!! Just close on the target, now!!" ordered Kakashi. "GO!!"
"URAAAAAAAA!!!" screamed Naruto as he ran up and dived for the cat, followed by Sakura and Sasuke.
The cat startled by the sudden attack jumped up the tree just as Naruto swiped his hands to capture it. But he swiped nothing but air as the cat had already climbed up the tree. It then jumped on top Rin's stomach, who had been peacefully asleep on the lowest branch. Rin's body tensed and her eyes flew open as she fell off the tree.
"WAAAHH!!" she cried out as she slammed into the ground.
She sat up as she rubbed her head and saw the cat was sitting on her stomach looking at her curiously. She stared right back the cat with fascination.
"Food." she mumbled.
WHACK!
"What do you mean by 'food'?!" shouted Sakura with her fist raised high. "This is our clients' cat! You can't just eat it! And who eats cats anyway?!!"
Rin was still on the ground with one hand clutching her head and the other, rubbing the sore place where Sakura hit her.
"And exactly what were you doing when you were meant to be helping us with the mission?" continued on Sakura as she glared at Rin. "Your part of this team right? So don't just find a place to fall asleep. You gotta help us, dammit?!"
"I see..." said Rin as she looked up at her. "So Koyubi-chan is a sadist."
Sakura grabbed Rin's shirt by the collar and pulled Rin towards her face.
"You, you're really asking it you know!" said Sakura with a vein popping out on her face.
Rin smiled. "It was a joke. I was joking."
"Oh! Were you now? Huh!" said Sakura as she started to shake Rin. "Then why don't we have a play fight too?!"
"Ahahahahaha, ahaha, ahaha, ahahahahahahaha!!"
"Stop laughing!!"
Sasuke and Naruto stood behind them, staring at them.
"Ugh! What idiots." sighed Sauske.
"They really get along with each other don't they?!" laughed Naruto.
"This one's an idiot too." Sasuke starred at him.
"Huh! What did you just say-"
"Ribbon on the left ear. Are you sure this is the Target, Tora?" crackled Kakashi, interrupting Naruto.
