Chapter 19

Sandro's POV

I feel like someone's watching us- I looked around- I saw nothing, Sino ba yang nag sstalk saamin?- Baka it's just my imagination.

"Oh? Bakit? parang may hinahanap ka ah?" Kaye asked.

"Oh, no- nothing" I said.

"Okay?- Uhmm so uuwi na ata ako"

"Why? It's early pa naman ah?" I said.

"No I have laundry to do" She said.

"Don't you have a maid?" I asked.

"Maid?- Ako yung maid."

"W-What?" I said, confused.

"Wala akong maid! Sabi ko!"

"Ohhh, I thought isa kang maid." I said.

"At kung maid man ako? Bakit ayaw mo?" she asked.

"No, No, Why would I?"

"Then why do you react like that? Kanina?"

"Nooo, you miss understand it" I said.

"Okay, sige uwi na ako"

"Ihatid na kita." I said.

"No it's okay, I can manage, hindi ako kinder, okay bye!"

"Okay then"

I watched her until she disappeared from the crowd- What is this? Why are you like this Sandro?

*phone rings*

"Hello, dad?"

"Bumaba ka dito sa may lake"

"Saang banda?" I asked.

"Basta, naka white dress mama mo, kaya madali mo kaming makita, nakikita nga kita e"

"Okay sige wait lang baba na"

*call ends*

After 15 minutes after 15 minutes of finding them, Nakita ko na rin sila.

"Pinapagod niyo ata ako, sabi mo white dress, himd naman white drees, dress ni mama e" I said.

They're just smirking.

"What are you smirking for?" I asked, raising my one eyebrow.

They began to laugh at me.

"What? what are you laughing for?!"

"Who's that girl?" Vinny asked.

"Yiee, kuya" Si said.

"Huh? Wait- ano ba talaga yon?" I asked them.

"Introduce her to us next time, son" Mom said.

"Who shall I introduce to you? Wha-- ohhh" I stopped at what mom said.

"Tomorrow invite her, let's have a dinner" Dad said.

"No, wai-"

"Imbitahan mo na siya, gusto ko siyang makilala" mom said with joy.

I can't speak, and my two brothers are just laughing, how can I tell them that Kaye is just my rental girlfriend? and how can I also tell Kaye that my family wants to know her? and Kaye told me that this is the last day that I will rent her because she might be disqualified if I rent her over and over- and I don't want mom and dad to be disappointed. What will I do?

Night Time

I walked back and forth to my room, wondering what I would do- shall I call Kaye? or not?- Argh! this is a nightmare! how did they see us?- I went to the balcony of my room to cool off, while I was thinking about what I was really going to do and how I was going to tell Kaye that my family wanted to see her- I looked out my neighbour's window- then I saw Kaye!

"Kaye! ikaw yan?!" I shouted.

"Sandro?!" she said.

I was less nervous because I saw Kaye! and who would have thought that we were just neighbours ?!

*phone rings* She is calling me, na agad ko namang sinagot.

"Magkapitbahay lang pala tayo!? seryoso ba to?" she said.

"Ako nga rin e, didn't expect na mag kapitbahay lang tayo, I'm surprise right now!" I said, with joy.

"Son of a- how did this happen?"

"Are you not happy?" I asked.

"Putakte." I saw her dong the facepalm.

"Hahaha, buti nga saatin e, magkatabi lang tayo ng bahay- magkasabay umuwi, magkasabay umalis, Diba?" sabi ko.

*she giggled* "Ewan ko sayo" she said.

This is the first time I heard her giggled, and that melts my heart.

"Ulitin mo nga" I said.

"Ang alin?"

"Tumuwa ka ulit"

"Ha? bakit naman ako tatawa? they might think I'm crazy, duh" she said.

I smiled "By the way, Kaye- may sasabihin ako"

"Oh? Ano nanaman yon?" She said, as if she is going to be annoyed.

"Uhmm-because earlier, when we were in the park, mom, dad, and my two brothers, saw us- that's why I couldn't be bothered earlier because someone was watching us."

"Okay then?" she said.

"Then they said I'll introduce you to them!"

"Wait what?!" she said with a high voice, na rinig ko pa dito sa balcony ko.

"I know! I know!, kaya nga kanina gusto kitang tawagan at sabihin sayo, pero baka magagalit ka lang" I said.

"Sabihin mo sa kanilang rental girlfriend mo lang ako." she said.

"Huh?"

"Paano na yan? Sabihin mo na kase yung totoo"

" Alangan na magsisinungaling ako sa kanila?" I said.

"E, talaga namang nagsisinungaling ka sa kanila ah" she said.

"Kaye naman ei" sabi kong nagmamakaawa.

"Sige, mamaya na may gagawin pa ako" she said and ends the call. I look at her window- she closed it and and she lowered her blinds.- It's hopeless, I'll just tell them the truth- but I'll tell it tomorrow, pagiisipan ko pa. I went back to my room, I lie down in my bed and I spread my arms occupying the vacant spaces of the bed and I stared at the ceiling. I should take a sleep.

Kaye's POV

How is that? it's not appropriate for me to introduce myself to his family, I don't even know him well yet. I lay down in my bedroom and stared at the ceiling, am I still going? or not?- shit, I can't decide, I rolled over my bed- grabbed my blanket- wrap it in my whole body- and position myself. Kawawa naman siya pag hindi ako pupunta- baka mapahiya lang siya-- Argghh!!! Why did I even signed up ont that stupid mf app!!!--- Matutulog na nga lang ako.

Sandro's POV

"I can't wait!" my mom squealed.

I don't know what to do, pa smile-smile lang ako.

"Ano na? Call her, lalamig na mga pagkain- gutom pa naman ako" Vinny said.

"Uhmm- actually--- mom, dad- Vinny- Si--- I...."
