As I am gazing into the night sky, I suddenly think about Kaye's best friend baka nandoon siya sa bahay nila, buti nalang kinuha ko number niya, so I called her.
*Call*
"Hey! This is Sandro, uhm do you know where is Kaye? Is she with you?" I asked.
"Hala wala na siya" As I heard those words, I was shocked.
"What do you mean wala na siya?" I asked and my voice started to mumbled because I want to cry.
"Umalis na" She replied.
"Ha?" I asked confusedly.
"Pumunta na siya London" She said.
"Pumunta sa London? Are you serious?" I asked.
"Hindi ko nga sure kung pupunta siya o hindi, kanina kasi matamlay siya nung pumunta siya sa tea shop." She said.
"Kaya pala hindi ko siya matawagan kasi naka airplane mode siya, okay sige salmat sa information" I said.
"No wait, may itatanong nga ako sayo" She said.
"Oh ano?" I asked.
"Bakit? Anong nangyari sainyong dalawa? Para kayong ewan, nag away ba kayo? Tinatanong ko si Kaye kanina hindi niya sinasagot" She asked.
"Ah, long story kasi" I simply answered.
"Oh long story, long story kayo diyan, yan din sagot niya- sabihin mo na- I'll listen." She said, so Ikwenento ko sa kanya kung ano ba talaga nangyare sa aming dalawa ni Kaye.
"Ahh, so ganon nangyare sainyong dalawa? Kaya siya siguro umalis kasi nakita niya kayo kanina sa mall, nasa tea shop siya diba? Tapos nakita nila kayo doon na ikaw may babaeng naka cling sa kamay mo, kaya lalong napaselos mo siya, and she thinks you really cheat on her." She said.
"No! No! that was my friends sister!" I said.
"Aba'y ewan, sabihin mo yan kay Kaye" She said.
"Kailan daw siya uuwi?" I asked.
"Hindi ko alam, hindi naman niya sinabi sa akin" She replied.
*sighs* "Buti nalang tinawagan kita, akala ko hopeless na ako" I said.
"Naku! Mahal ka na ata nung bespren ko- well anyways, mag explain ka sa kanyang maayos- don't worry malalagpasan niyo rin to" She said, so I thanked her, and ended the call, so dumeritso na akong umuwi.
Kaye's POV
As my plane flies, I'm scrolling through my gallery, watching these picture of us- parang nagi-guilty ako sa ginawa ko, I didn't even inform him na aalis na ako, I felt bad, what if hinahanap-hanap niya ako ngayong gabi? What if hindi pa siya kumakain? I really felt bad- bakit pa ba kasi ako nanghusga? e hindi pa ako nag imbestiga? I keep on thinking about Sandro, baka mamaya mag kakataotoo na may mahanap siya pag hindi ako babalik.
~London~
After a few hours of flight, I arrived at London. Hayyss I took a deep breath, tinawagan ko yung pinsan ko para sunduin ako. Nakalipas ang ilang oras, My cousin arrived.
"Hi ate! Hindi ko alam pupunta ka dito!" Abbie said.
"Ahh, oo gusto ko na kasing oumunta dito" I said and hopped on the car.
"So kamusta ka na? Bakit mukha kang patay?" She asked.
*Giggles* "Mukha ba akong patay? Haha" I asked.
"Hehe, No I'm serious your pale, kumakain ka ba?" She asked.
"Syempre, malamig dito- kaya ganito yung skin ko" I replied.
"Ahh okay then" She said.
"Andon ba si lola?" I asked.
"Oo, hindi nga niya alam na dumating ka rito" She said.
"Ayy? Bakit hindi ka ba doon?" I asked.
"Paanong doon?" She asked.
"Doon, doon nakatira- kay lola" I said.
"Ahh, syempre hindi, baka mag mukha akong palamunin doon" She said and we both laughed. So pagkatapos noon ay nakarating na kami sa bahay nila lola.
"Tao po?" I said and knock on the door, and lola opened the door. She stared at me as she lift up her glasses.
"Lola, si Kaye po yan" Abbie said and suddenly lola had a big big smile.
"Kaye!!! Apo!!!" She yelled and hugged me tight.
"Hello po" I said.
"Bakit ka andito?" Lola asked.
"Diba sabi ko noon sainyo, pupunta ako dito?" I said.
"Ayy oo, sige pasok pasok kayo" She said and I entered the house. I sniffed and I smelled adobo.
"Are you cooking adobo?" I asked.
"Yes! Kaya pala bakit kaninang umaga gusto ko mag luto ng adobo kase dadating ka" She said and lead us into the kitchen.
"Sakto ah" Abbie said.
"Call your other cousins, dito na tayo kakain" Lola said and Abbie called them, and they all came, we had a wonderful night, we threw a little party and I'm so happy that I came here. But I can't still stop thinking if Sandro is fine.
4 days na ang nakakalipas hindi parin ako umuwi ng Pilipinas, I wonder what Sandro is doing now. Parang nahihiya na akong I message siya after days na hindi kami nag call or message man lang. I hope he's doing fine.
"Ate? Ano let's go?" Lance asked.
"Oh yes! Sige tara!" I said.
Sandro's POV
It's been 4 days, I said with my hands on my cheeks, looking at my window, does she ever think of me? Nakalimutan na niya ata ako, wala na siyang paki alam sa akin? Message ko na kaya siya? And I looked at my phone, anong sasabihin ko? "Hi?" My mum entered my room.
"Nak?" she said.
"Oh? Ma? Bakit?" I asked.
"Are you okay?" She asked.
"O-opo? Bakit niyo naman natanong yan?" I asked.
"Hindi ka ata okay, look your lips are pale- hindi ka na kumakain ng maayos- is everything really okay?" She asked, and put her hands on my forehead.
"Opo, okay na okay po ako" I replied.
"Anak, I'm your mum, you can tell me everything" She said, kaya natahimik ako and I just hugged her.
"Mum? Am I worthy?" I asked, while hugging her.
"Sure anak! Why would you say that?" She asked.
"I feel like I'm not" I replied.
"Bakit? Nag away ba kayo ni Kaye?" she asked.
"Hindi naman po" I replied.
"Then what? What happened with you two? Bakit hindi mo na siya pinupuntahan? At hindi ka na rin niya pinupuntahan? What's wrong?" She keeps on asking.
"It's not my fault Ma" I answered, I can't tell her the truth- baka mamaya masabi ko pa lahat ng totoo, so I just made up another reasons and she believed them, I'm sorry mum tho for the lies.
