Chapter 40

~Hometown~

"Thank you for spending time with me" I said and smiled at her. She nods and smiled back. "We should do this often, para makilala pa kitang husto" I added.

"Sige, basta hindi yung may ginagawa ako tsaka mo lang akong i-invite na lumabas" She said.

"For real? Okay, okay noted po" I said, while nodding.

"Sige, Thank you din sa paghahatid" She said and tsaka niya binuksan yung door ng car.

"Uhm, Kaye wait-" I halt her and hold her arms.

"Oh?" She said. I just stared at her sparkling beautiful eyes. Wait ano na nga ba yung sasabihin ko?

"Ano?" She asked, looking at me up and down.

"Ah, wala ehe, wala pala" I said uncomfortably. All of a sudden she smiled at me.

"You know what? Your weird ahaha" She said.

"Am I?" I asked.

"Yeah, like you seem to be thinking something you can't say." She replied chuckling. Actually there is, but I don't know how to say it to you, I'm afraid that when I tell you, you'll suddenly drive me away.

"Sige pasok ka na bahay niyo baka pagalitan ka pa" I said.

"Hindi" She answered. "Sige babye"

"Bye"

Kaye's POV

"So, how did it go?" My mum asked me.

"It did go well mum" I replied.

"Did it go Ro-man-tic?" She asked and raises both of her eyebrow up and down.

"There's nothing romantic na nangyare ma, btw Kaya hindi ako umuwi kahapon may pinuntahan kaming lugar kung saan andun yung isa kong katrabaho dati sa tea shop, nastroke daw yung nanay niya at hindi na makagalaw, syempre naawa po ako sa kanya kaya I decided na bibigyan ko sila nga kahit konting tulong, grabe anlayo pa yung lugar nila dito sa atin, I can't imagine na she is travelling all the way here para lang masupportahan yung nanay niya, kaya doon kami pumunta kay Sandro- total Christmas na bukas kaya binilhan ko sila ng pagkain nila." I said to my mum, I saw how pity her face is.

"Hala, yung nanay ba may tinitake na medication?" My mum asked.

"Meron po, kaya yun yung isa pang kinuha ko" I replied.

"We should visit them again" My mum said.

"Pwede naman" I replied. " Sige punta muna ako sa room ko" I added. I went upstairs to change my clothes.

~Room~

I looked at the mirror, and then I asked myself how did he know my size? This jeans fits me.

"Oh my God!!!!! He even bought me an underwear!!!!!!! And it also fits me!!!! Oh my God! What is going on? How did he know?!!!!" I shouted in my room. Gosh- Kaya hindi ako nakapagsalita ng maayos kanina e, kakaisip kung bakit alam niya sizes ko.

(8:00 pm)

*Message*

Me: Goodnight I love you sweet dreams.

I sent it to Kira.

~1 minute later~

*Message*

Sandro: Aww, Good night sweet dreams too, ILY.

Wait what! Why did he message me like that?- Oh no,

Me: Huy gago! Wrong send ako, kay Kira sana yan.

Sandro: Sa kanya ba or sakin?

Me: Of course it's for my bff, duh, anong ikaw, assuming.

Sandro: hmm, hindi ako naniniwala.

Me: kung hindi ka naniniwala edi huwag.

Sandro: Mainit nanaman ulo mo?

Me: Yes! Mainit na mainit dahil sayo!

Sandro: 🙁

Me: 🙄

Sandro's POV

*Sighs* This is hopeless, I can't even say I like her. Ughhh!!!! What should I do?

*Phone Vibrates*

Oh, It's Vinny.

"Oh ano? Kumusta? Nasabi mo na ba?" Vinny asked me through a video call.

"Uhh, maybe?" I replied.

"Anong maybe? Wait I'll join Si here" He said.

"So ano?" Si asked.

"Maybe daw" Vinny said.

"Ha? What do you mean maybe? Hindi mo ba sinabi na liligawan mo siya?" Simon said.

"Weak" Vinny grumbled.

"Anong weak? wait lang kase, kayo kaya nasa pwesto ko ngayon, mahihirapan talaga kayo" I said.

"Swerte mo uuwi ako bukas" Simon said.

"What? Akala ko matatagalan ka jan?" I asked.

"Change plan mga boss ko dito, sabi nila bakit daw kami pupunta dito e malapit na daw Christmas, kaya pinapauwi nila kami, sabihin mo pala kila mum at pops" Simon said.

"Napaka swerte mo talaga, ako din uuwi ako" Vinny added.

"Oh? Same reason din sayo?" I asked.

"Yes" Vinny simply replied.

"So kailan kayo ulit babalik jan?" I asked.

"Babalik agad? Hindi pa nga kami umuwi balik agad tanungin mo? Jusq" Vinny said.

"Tatanungin lang naman e" I said scratching my head.

"We'll take this opportunity to help you, kaya sabihin mo na sa kanya" Simon said.

"Dapat mapasagot mo siya, baka mamaya may nauna na pala sayo" Vinny stated.

"Okay fine!" I sighed.

"Okay, sige kita kits babye" Vinny said.

"Bye!" Si mumbled. Because he was eating.

"Sige babye" I said and ended the call.

*Sighs*

Sakit nun ah, ako? Weak? Sus, malabo. Aba! If I am an arrogant man, niligawan ko na yan sa una pa, pero hindi, hindi ako mayabang. *Sighs* Ay oo nga noh, sasabihin ko sa kanila na uuwi yung dalawang tukmol. Bumaba ako tapos sinabi ko sa kanila na uuwi sila, and they were happy because complete kami, so after I told them that I went upstairs and into my room para matulog kasi I'm exhausted sa travel.
