Your head starts to spin as you look at the corpse...
A tear rolls from your eye...
A sharp pain goes through your head...
You black out...
You slowly open your eyes and you are in Willis' camp lying next to the fire. You turn around and see Willis and Jane talking to eachother inside the tent. Willis looks over to you
"I was waiting to see how long it would take for you to wake up, you've been asleep for an entire day!"
"What?" You ask confused.
"When you were on duty you started to get visions of walkers coming towards the camp and you fell to the floor. You were pretty cold, but your heart was beating so we thought we should keep you warm. We were getting worried that you weren't going to wake up aswell..." Willis exclaimed whilst standing up and coming towards you. Jane also got up and came over to you. Jane looked at you
"A few of Willis' friends came down from the camp up north, they were really nice people" she said whilst smiling.
"I... Had a dream..." You start "where you tried to kill Willis and I had to pick between you both... Then I went to the camp up north and met everyone and people died..." Willis smiled at you
"It must have been a bad dream... And when the people from my other camp were here you did stand up and say hello before going back to sleep, you must have registered them or something..." You nodded, smiled and stood up before looking round the camp and thinking what to do.
You wander around the fence on lookout until you reach back where you started
"All clear" you shout to anyone who was listening. You suddenly see a walker run up to the fence and grab you around the neck. You scream in pain as it bites into your neck and rip half of your shoulder off. Jane and Willis run up to you and look at you unsure of what happened.
"Will?!" Jane and Willis said in sync as you fall to the floor and blackout.
You wake up again next to the camp fire but this time wrapped in a bright green blanket. It looks around midnight as the moon is at its peak. Willis came up to you
"Will, are you ok?" You slowly nod and stand back up feeling dizzy
"H-how am I still alive?!" You ask quickly as you look at your shoulder.
"What do you mean?" Willis asked "a walker ripped my shoulder off!" You shout "wait... Why is my arm still here..." Willis looked at you very confused
"You screamed at the fence for no reason and fell onto the floor!" Willis shouted. Jane came out of the tent whilst yawning
"What's going on out here?" She asked curiously
"Will is going crazy..." Willis said whilst standing up and walking away going into lookout, looking annoyed.
"I'm-I'm loosing my head..." You say starting to cry.
"Will..." Jane puts her hand on your shoulder "you will be ok... But you have been acting weird ever since you got here... Are you sure there isn't something wrong?"
"I think I'm sure" you reply as you curl up and try to get some sleep next to the almost extinguished fire.
You wake up early as the sun has just started to rise. The birds squawk and circle your camp. The air is quite warm which is unusual and the trees are a luscious green. You stand up whilst taking your blanket off and get your hammer off the other bench which is opposite yours. In the distance you see silhouettes of walkers coming towards the camp from behind the trees.
"Oh shit" you murmur under your breath "ok will... Calm down... It's all fake" you say to yourself as you close your eyes and try to ignore it.
When you open your eyes the walkers are right outside the fence and start to bang on the electric fence, except the fence isn't frying them even though it is turned on...
"That's weird" you say as you again try to ignore them and again close your eyes.
You open your eyes again but this time there are even more walkers around the camp banging on the electric fence.
"Why isn't the fence burning them?" You ask confused. They start to shake on the fence more until the fence makes a squeaking sound. You then notice that the walkers mouths are moving but they make no noise.
"Why am I going crazy?! Why does this have to happen to me?! Why does no one else see this?!" You say louder as you get your hammer out of your back pocket and stand in the middle of the camp.
The walkers jet black eyes pierce through you and make you feel uncomfortable. You sigh and look around the camp as all of the fences are surrounded with walkers.
"Holy fuck" you whisper.
