Souho ran away from his home, escaping from his insufferable father. He disobeyed him a lot of times despite implementing patriarchy in their home. Souho dated a guy in secret back when he was still in middle school, thinking that he wouldn't get caught and oh boy he was wrong. The angered look of his father was still engraved into his mind until now.

Thus, Souho despised his father so much. He and his two older siblings has to abide by the rules given by their father. No dating until you've finished school, disobeying the head of the family means disrespect, and always keep silent when adults are talking. The Shirasagi family is known to be a family of potters, and their eldest son is the prodigy.

Souho was the youngest of the siblings, his sister was old enough to get a job while his older brother was still studying in college. He literally can do anything considering that his siblings were successful and were able to bring pride in their family. Souho's role was to study and afterwards he can do whatever he wanted to.

Souho can never grasp the reason why he couldn't see the attractive side of a woman, well most of the female friends he made was only platonic to him. That is until he met Hina when she wanted to sit by his table at the café since there are loads of people in there. He accidentally vented out his problems, something that he wouldn't do amongst his friends or even the guy whom he dated in secret back then.

And for the first time in years, his heart skipped a beat for one girl and that is Hina. To him she was light, his savior and his escape from thinking about his greedy father's intentions. He wasn't able to date anyone at his age so he has to dreadfully wait until he was finished schooling. Hina died from an accident and that he witnessed it all.

It shattered his heart, grieving for days and months until he felt numb. Souho had no other choice but to kept on studying to keep his mind off of it, then he saw Y/n. At first he thought she was Hina but then it was her older sister. Hina mentioned it a lot that she has an older sister, although to him Y/n was way different.

Of course he knows that she was also grieving for Hina and that's one thing in common for them. Souho was determined to know Y/n at least and probably try to win her heart. He wanted to love Y/n but for some reason his mind and heart cannot do so. Is it because he's originally into guys? Or was it because Hina made him change?

Souho gave up halfway into his relationship with Y/n since there's no way they could work out. It may seem disrespectful to the female but he had no other choice, he decided to just ghost her so it'll be over and it didn't end well. Haname confessed to Souho, so he used her as a tool but ended up failing halfway.

He wished he had a normal life, rather than being locked away from fun. "So you ran away from home?" Karuto asked, sitting next to him by the bench. He was roaming around the town during his absence in class. Souho scowled instead of questioning him on why he has to meddle with his business. "Your family is pretty famous, I'm sure that you'll be sent back home."
