Amane went back to work a week after his return. A lot were enthralled by the couple's announcement of their engagement. Yashiro was willing to help out Y/n to plan things out just in case the latter was busy with clinical duty and Aoi can help out to choose a wedding dress and the venue. Y/n sure is lucky to have helpful friends.

Pop!

A party popper exploded near Amane's face as he entered his homeroom class which is 2-B in Highschool. The chalkboard was filled with messages containing greetings of him getting married. "Whoa—" He lightly chuckled in surprise.

"Congratulations, Yugi-sensei!" The class announced. Amane's eyes widened in shock, then chuckled at the sudden surprise that his class made for him. His class found out an hour before because of some teachers gossiping about it and they decided to use some party poppers that they used back in the school festival and wrote heartfelt messages on the board.

"Awh, thanks class." Amane was touched, putting down his lecture materials on the table. "And since I previously announced my engagement, it would be nice if we'll have a free day." He proposed as the class cheered. "But we'll go back to regular classes tomorrow."

"I can't believe Yugi-sensei is gone for almost a month and he suddenly announces that he's engaged, seems legit."

"Have you seen Yugi-sensei's wife? She's so hot."

"Calm your gayness Hoshino-san..."

"She's a nursing assistant in this school right? Ack—"

Later that day as the faculty members start to clean their things up, Amane was approached by Yamabuki and Fuji. "Congrats Yugi!" Yamabuki gave the choppy haired male a thumbs up. "I can't believe you already have a fiance while I can't even get myself a girlfriend at this rate."

"You're scared of commitment..." Fuji reminded with a sweat-drop.

"I'm not! For some reason they just bailed on me!" Yamabuki retorted at the brown haired co-worker. He cleared his throat as he started to spill his plan. "Anyways, do you guys want to go drinking?" Yamabuki asked with a funny glint on his face.

"Why not, I can go for a drink, how about you Yugi?" Fuji asked. "We can celebrate your engagement while drinking." Amane never tried drinking because he was mostly scared of what's going to happen while he's drunk. Y/n doesn't drink that much and could only handle a shot or two and Amane's there to sober her up.

"I mean, sure... I'll text Y/n." Amane nodded while agressively tapping on his phone to text his fiancee that he'll be going out for drinks with Yamabuki and Fuji. The three of them went to a barbeque restaurant where they sell alcoholic drinks. They ordered some pork belly, vegetables, and two bottles of soju.
