Lizzie's pov

It's been a few of weeks since we've been engaged and since then it's been hard to keep our hands off eachother. I was at Scarletts for lunch with her and Rose. Rose was telling us both a story from school before I got the urge to throw up. I ran to the bathroom as Scar gave me a weird look.

"Well that's just rude." I heard Rose say which made Scar laugh before she joined me and held my hair for me.

"It's OK, just let it out." She said as she rubbed my back. "You're not burning up." She said as she felt my forehead.

"I don't know what's wrong." I said not realising anything.

"Well I think you should go to the doctors." She said as she handed me a damp cloth. As I wiped my face I remembered I stopped my birth control when he was away because I didn't really need it and I never really started it again. "What's wrong?" She asked as she saw my widened eyes.

"I uh I need to go to the pharmacy." I said as I stood up.

"Why? Do you think you could be?" She said as she pointed to my stomach. "But how?"

"Well Scar you know when a man loves a woman they perform an act of love..." I started sarcastically before she put her hand over my mouth.

"You know I don't need the talk. I already have a kid and it wasn't by some immaculate conception." She said with a smirk making us both laugh. "Well you stay here with Rose and I'll run the pharmacy to get the tests for you OK." She said with a soft smile which I just nodded. She didn't take too long to get them.

"Rose can you go and play in your room please darling." Scar asked her with a soft smile. Which she just nodded and skipped up to her room. "Alright come on. Let's get pissing on a stick." She said while I just laughed at her. After I had done the first test we waited until the timer went off.

"I'm scared." I whispered sadly.

"Why?" She asked as she wrapped her arm around my shoulder.

"What if he's not ready, we've only just got engaged and now we're possibly going to have a baby." I said as tears slipped down my cheeks. It wasn't long until the timer went off.
"I'm scared because he's only just started to get back to his old self."

I walked over to the counter with the test on before turning back around to scarlett.

"I can't do it." I said as I shook my head.

"It's OK, I'll look." She said softly as she picked up the test. She had a soft smile on her face. "It's positive." She said softly as I started to cry on her shoulder. "He will be fine with the baby. The both of you have always spoke about having a family together."

"Yeah but not this soon." I said as I let out a shaky breath.

"Gow exactly did this happen. I thought you were on birth control." She asked with a gentle smile

"I stopped taking my birth control while he was away and then it slipped my mind to take it again. So we had sex for the first time since before he left on the night we got engaged." I told her honestly.

"Seriously lizzie, it's not like you to be so careless." She said with a frown.

"I know, I know. It just slipped my mind. We were lost in the moment." I said as I ran my hand through my hair.

"Well you need to tell him. He deserves to know." She said sternly

"But.." I started.

"No. No buts. You are going to tell him, this is happening. Its really happening and you both need to be ready, both physically and emotionally. You never know, this could be something that will bring you both closer if that's even possible." She said with a smile.

"Ok, I'll tell him tonight." I sighed in defeat.

"Good, now let's go and cook some dinner because this has made me hungry." Scar said as she dragged me up off the bed. I just laughed at her change of mood because she can go from being stern to soft in seconds.

"So where is Colin?" I asked her trying to get my mind off everything.

"He's been working alot lately, we've hardly spent time together. He leaves early and comes home late. I just miss him." She said sadly.

"Well why don't you talk to him about it." I told her softly. "You know tell him how you feel."

"Yeah you're right. I will when he comes home tonight, but you still have to talk to Y/N." She said pointing a wooden spoon at me.

"Ok I will, when I go home." I said as I raised my hands in surrender.

"I'm so excited for you both though. You're going to be amazing parents." She squealed excitedly making me laugh.

We ate in a comfortable silence before watching a film with Rose before it was time for her to go to bed. I stayed and had a coffee with Scar before I decided to go home.

"I'm really nervous Scar." I said as my breathing started to increase.

"Hey hey, it's OK. Just look at me." She said as she came over to me and sat next to me. "Breath with me ok?" She said as I followed her breathing. My breathing started to calm down as I started to cry. "He will be fine Liz. You have nothing to worry about ok." I couldn't bring myself to talk so I just nodded my head. Once I had fully calmed down I drove home with the test in my bag. I was still extremely anxious about it, I've not suffered bad with my anxiety in a while other than when he was away. I haven't told him how bad it gets because he has needed me to help him through his PTSD. I soon pulled up outside the house, I released a shaky breath before heading inside. I soon spotted him sat on the sofa playing on his xbox with a had eaten sandwich. I haven't seen him play on it since before he left for his last tour.

"Hey baby." I whispered as I sat down next to him.

"Hi love, are you OK?" He asked as he put his controller down.

"I'm not sure really." I told him honestly.

"Well what's going on?" He said as he turned to face me as he took my hands in his.

"I uh I." I started but I started my breathing started to become erratic again.

"It's OK love. Just breathe with me ok." He said as he rested my hand on his chest to feel his chest rise as I mimicked his breathing. My breathing started to go back to normal before he pulled me in for a hug as I cried into his shirt. "You're OK love." He said softly as he kissed the top of my head. "So are you going to tell me whats wrong?" I moved myself out of his embrace as I reached in my bag and handed him the test.

"Ok, you're going to have to explain." He said looking confused. I felt my eyes start to tear up again.

"I'm pregnant." I said quietly as I fiddled with my fingers.

"Yeah, I can see that, but how?" He said making me start to panic again. I just needed to get out of here so I walked out as he followed me in the rain.

"Hey love, stop please." He said as he gently grabbed my wrist. "I'm not mad, I just need to know how because I thought you were on the pill."

"I was but when you left to go on tour I stopped since there wasn't really any need in it. But then with everything that has happened I forgot to start taking it again. I'm sorry." I said as I started crying as I turned away from him which he just turned me back into him and gave me a passionate kiss.

"It's OK, we've got this OK." He said as he cupped my cheeks making me look him in the eyes with a gentle smile. "I'm going to be here every step of the way."

"Thank you baby" I said as I rested my head on his chest as he hugged me.

"Come on, let's get you inside." He said as he picked me up carrying me upstairs to our bathroom and putting the shower on. I honestly didn't think that it would turn out like this. He seems so calm and happy. I just dont really know what I was worried about .
