Chapter 73

Lizzie's pov

I was happy to be going home today before the hectic day started tomorrow. I couldn't wait to see Y/Ns face. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed our little getaway but I have really missed Y/N. When we pulled up, he was already stood outside like he said he would. Once I got out I jumped in his arms.

"I missed you." I whispered in his neck.

"I missed you too sweetheart." He said softly making me smile. I gave him a soft kiss before he went and got my bag from the car. We said our goodbyes to Scar and Rose before we went inside. "I have a surprise for you." He said with a nervous smile.

"Ok, what is it baby?" I asked him as he just took my hand and lead me to the room next to ours. He opened the door and I gasped at what I saw. He had done the babys nursery while I've been away. I looked over the room in awe before I saw his nervous expression. "I love it baby, thank you." I said as I pulled him in for a passionate kiss. "This is one of the most amazing things anyone has ever done for me." I told him with a wide smile.

"Well I just wanted to do something good for you so you didn't have to worry about it too much. You've only got another 3 months left till our little lizzie is here." He said with a smile as he rested his hand on my stomach. I rested my hand over his as we felt a kick. I looked at his face which had a wide smile plastered on it. "Wow that's amazing." He whispered softly.

"It is. I can't wait to meet her." I said with a wide smile.

"Well, you go and shower and I will cook lunch." He said as he gave me a soft kiss. I walked in the bedroom with a wide smile on my face and jumped in the shower. I didn't want to do much today since the premiere is tomorrow.

Y/N pov

Everything that Colin had told me yesterday kept playing in my mind as I absent mindedly cooked. I know that he's right and I should tell her everything but I just dont know how. I was soon pulled out of my head when I had accidentally cut my hand when I was chopping up the veg for dinner.

"Shit." I said as I ran my hand under the cold tap. I grabbed some tissue to hold on the cut before I put a band aid on it.

"Are you OK?" Lizzie asked as she walked up beside me.

"Yeah I'm OK." I told her with a smile.

"Here let me." She said as she took my hand and helped me dress it. "What's up?" She asked once she looked at me.

"Nothing love. I'm fine." I said as i started on my task again.

"No seriously talk to me. You never hurt yourself doing the simplest of tasks. You're always aware of you're surroundings so I'm going to ask again. What's going on with you?" She said as she tilted her head 

"Can we talk after dinner. I just dont know how to say it." I said as I avoided her gaze.

"Ok, but we're still talking about this." She said sternly before she retreated to sitting down and watching me cook. I made sure to watch my every move to not make another mistake in front of her but her gaze is really making me nervous. Once I had finished making dinner I plated it up and got us both a glass of water. I sat beside her at the island eating in silence. Once we both had finished eating, I took our dishes to wash trying to delay the talk. I was washing the counter for the fifth time.

"I think if you keep cleaning that, there's going to be no counter left." She said with a smirk.

"Oh sorry." I said as I dried my hands avoiding eye contact

"So whats going on?" She asked as she wrapped her arms around my neck making me look at her.

"There's something that I've got to tell you and I don't really know how to tell you." I told her sadly which she removed her arms from me and stepped back crossing her arms over her chest. I could see some hurt in her eyes.

"Ok then, what is it?" She asked me with a firm tone.

"Well I know I've told you that I've been doing alot better than I was but to be honest." I took a deep breath before continuing. "I've still been having nightmares and they happen every night and when I wake up at around 2 - 3am I can't get back to sleep. Most nights I don't want to sleep because I sometimes struggle to think that I am still there and this is all in my head. And I dont want to disappoint you and colin told me that I should tell you and right now I'm not sure if he was right because you're silent." I said as I looked at her and watched her face to show any sign of emotion.

"Well he was right. You should tell me because I love you so much. You never disappointed me, you do so much for me and I don't have to ask. You know exactly what I want when I want it." She said as she wrapped her arms back around me. "But next time, start it off better because I was thinking that you cheated on me."

"I would never cheat on you. You're everything that I want and need. You're my future and I can't wait to have a family with you." I told her softly which she smiled brightly and gave me a soft kiss.

"Good, because I love you so much and I never want to let you go." She said softly.

"I love you too until forever ends." I whispered softly as she cuddled into my chest.

"Until forever ends." She whispered softly.
