Olivia's POV
*flashback*
"Before I call my husband, please tell me you remember what the hell happened last night!" I say to Brittany as I pull her into the bedroom where I'm standing nervously.
"We just had a great time!" She says nonchalantly and I shake my head no.
"That might be a good enough response for your man, but mine will probably be pissed the minute I say hello."
"Why? We just drank a little too much. But we're all alive and well." She says and I don't expect her to understand, since she's not, quite, married yet.
"Mainly because I had him worried about me all damn night..." I answer seriously.
"Tell Spence to lighten up." She responds before attempting to walk away, but I stop her.
"Okay, I will tell him to relax. But you have to tell me what the hell those guys are doing out there."
She smirks and I really want to snatch the look off of her face, but I need answers way more than I need the gratification of snatching her right now.
"Ahh... now that is hard to explain."
"I need you to try," I say and she chuckles.
"What's a bachelorette weekend without a stripper?" She jokes. "I don't know who invited his friend though!"
"I'm so not joking!" I say and she finally stops kidding around.
"You really don't remember?" She asks.
"If I did, I probably wouldn't have a massive headache right now." I counter.
"Well, relax because you were asleep the entire time the stripper performed." She tells me seriously. "Only thing we couldn't do was wake your ass up long enough to go to bed."
"What about Jay?" I ask and she laughs.
"She was the one trying to get you to go to bed, but gave up after while." Brittany laughs. "So instead, she just laid on the floor by the couch, saying she would wait for you."
"Really?" I question and she shakes her head yes.
"So hurry up and call your husband so we can get on with our day," she tells me before walking out of the bedroom door.
______________*End Flashback*
I feel better as I pick up the phone to FaceTime my husband. I didn't think I did anything to disrespect my marriage. But I just wasn't as sure as I would've liked to be.
The phone rings for a few minutes before it connects.
"Mommy," I smile when I hear my babies' voices.
"Hi babies," I say after hearing my nephew Loyal speak.
"Look, my tooth is more looser, mommy!" Skyler shouts proudly before moving the phone towards her mouth.
"Wow," I pretend to be amazed and she giggles. "Where's your brothers and sister?"
"They're still sleep," Owen answers.
"Where's daddy?" I ask next.
Before I know it, Skyler turns the phone and I see my husband standing by the stove.
His face says he's pissed but I know, deep down, he's just as happy to see me as I am to see him.
"Hi daddy," I say sincerely. "Mommy's sorry she didn't see your text messages last night."
