Reader's POV:

"So.. I was thinking," you began, eyes flicking cautiously over to Billie as you buttoned up your shirt. "I know you already said no to me staying with you but maybe after school when you go back to your place to get some of your things.. I could come with you?" You approached the subject tentatively because you knew that Billie would object, as she said earlier she refused to put you in any kind of danger, which was sweet but you couldn't bare the thought of her going back alone in case he was there.

Just as you suspected, the blonde immediately declined your offer without so much as a second thought. "Absolutely not." Her tone was quiet but firm as she adjusted her skirt, gaze slowly lifting, meeting yours across the room.

"Please Billie-" You gave her your best puppy dog look, sticking your bottom lip out and everything, but before you could say more she cut you off.

"No." Was all she said as she crossed the room to stand in front of you. Slipping a finger underneath your chin, she lifted your head before ghosting her lips ever so lightly over yours.

"Want me to beg some more?" You teased, aiming for a more seductive approach, but judging by the unamused look resting on the blonde's face, that also didn't work.

"Darling.." she sighed softly, fingers skimming along your jaw line as she moved to tuck a loose strand of hair behind your ear. If your legs weren't already quaking from the orgasm that Billie had instilled upon you moments ago, then you would've literally pounced on her; that pet name falling from her lips so effortlessly made your insides contract and your heart throb in a way that only Billie Dean Howard was capable of; and yet you refrained from jumping her bones, relaxing into her touch as you silently wrestled with your psyche.

"We've been through this.." she continued, her dark, hypnotic eyes boring into yours as though she was trying to telepathically tell you something. "I refuse to put you in any kind of danger.."

"Then I'll wait in the car!" You whined, a pleading note to your voice; you definitely weren't giving up without a fight. "I don't have to be home until 5:30 so we have plenty of time to stop off at your house, pack some of your things and check into a hotel." You paused for a moment, trying to work out what was going on in that pretty little head of hers, she seemed to be contemplating your suggestion. "Look, if I don't go with you I'm only going to be at home worrying my ass off about you. I just want to protect you and keep you safe.."

She exhaled slowly, features softening as she rested her forehead against yours, one hand cupping your face as she lightly ran her thumb back and fourth over your cheekbone. "I appreciate that, so much, but I can take care of myself."

"Yeah? Look how well that turned out.." you mumbled without thinking, it was an innocuous comment, you meant no harm but seeing the rather pained expression on your girlfriend's face as she pulled away slightly made your heart ache. "I'm sorry.. I didn't mean-" you scrambled for something to say but came up short.

"It's fine.. you're right." She whispered, moving away to tidy some papers on her desk. "I let him control and abuse me for far too long.. well it's over now so.."

Moving the short distance to where she stood, you wrapped your arms around her waist, chin resting on her shoulder. "I'm proud of you.. for standing up to him." Your lips brushed lightly over her neck and you felt her whole body relax into your touch as her head fell to the side, exposing more of her neck. You continued to place the gentlest of kisses on her skin, over her pulse point, gliding your lips along her jaw as you brought her head around to meet her lips.

Billie sighed softly as she melted into the kiss, placing one of her hands on the back of your head, fingers lightly massaging as she deepened the kiss. Your lips moved in unison, evoking quiet whimpers from the both of you as your tongues met, dancing elegantly against one another. See, the trouble with kissing Billie Dean is that it's so damn hard to stop, not that you'd ever want to. No, you could kiss her forever, and if you could you would. It felt as though the whole word had just.. disappeared, leaving the two of you the last remaining people on earth. Nothing mattered, except that very moment.

You spun her around so she was facing you, only breaking the kiss for a couple of seconds, trapping her between your body and her desk. She quickly sought out your lips again and a soft smile crept onto your face in result to her sudden eagerness. Pulling away, you admired your beautiful girlfriend as she ran her thumb over your bottom lip to remove a tiny bit of lipstick that had transferred during your spontaneous make out session.

"Please let me come with you later.. I promise I'll be a very good girl." You whispered, pressing your body impossibly close to hers, batting your eyelashes and presenting her with your best 'innocent' look.

For a moment you thought she would reject your offer, but after a few seconds of silence she finally gave in. "Fine, but you stay in the car got it?"

"Yes ma'am." You giggled, wrapping your arms around her neck, lips connecting with hers once more. But before the kiss could last anymore than a couple seconds, the school bell rang out signalling the end of lunch and the start of 5th period. Any minute now the room would fill with students for Billie's next class but sadly you weren't one of them.

A loud groan forced its way out of your mouth as you reluctantly stepped away from the blonde. You could already hear the sound of students bustling down the hallways and as you and Billie moved from her office into her classroom, the students started to pile in, luckily none of them took any notice of your presence, too busy partaking in idle chatter with their friends as they took their seats.

"Guys quiet please!" Billie called over the numerous conversations that were happening all at once, and everyone immediately listened which was quite impressive, and the tone of voice she used had enough of an effect to summon a colossal of shivers to run down your spine as you crossed the room towards the door.

"And y/n I expect that essay to be on my desk 9:00am tomorrow and not a minute later, understand?" You paused in the doorway, lips trembling slightly as you tried so hard to keep from smiling at the way Billie immediately switched character like that. To everyone else she was just a teacher reminding her student of their homework, and that's the role you played, but how blind they were to miss the way she was looking at you, the way she had to bite down on her lower lip to also suppress a smile, and the subtle wink that was meant only for you.

"Of course." Your smile broke free because with the way Billie was looking at you it was hard not to. The two of you shared one last knowing look before you exited her classroom, with just a little more pep in your step and your cheeks a little sore from smiling so much.
