langa was super content. after the kiss with reki, it was awkward but less often than not. it's been about a week and a half and no koji.
the staff are completely lost. no one handles group, and no one takes interviews. the staff will enforce the rules around the hallways though. that won't ever change.
langa, reki, miya and kiragi have been saving their foods in little baggies and have them all under their beds. as soon as each of them have a weeks worth of food, they'll leave. so far they each have only two days worth.
since koji was gone and no one really watched them, langa and the crew hogged up the bathrooms like crazy. they were always in there.
"i remember when i first saw kira" miya said and she gave him a warning look.
"watch it."
"i swear i thought you were going to be this annoying little girl who would hit on langa." miya said and everyone erupted into laughter. obviously, except for kiragi who grimaced in disgust.
"maybe, i'll just ask my boyfriend to assassinate you."
"please, that would be lovely." miya said and langa laughed.
kiragi was seated on the sink again, like always. miya was leaning up against the stall wall, next the the sinks. reki and langa were leaning up against the wall and langa had his head laid on reki's shoulder. miya and kiragi don't know about the kiss but ever since then, they've been extremely close and it's obvious something changed.
"i'm actually super calm and relieved that kojis gone and i'm super excited to just get the fuck out of here." langa said and reki looked at him and smiled.
"there's the langa i know." reki said and langa laughed a little. " i remember when i first met langa. he was kind of like me. back then, he called this place hell even though he still obeyed the rules. i thought this place was going to help me. crazy how things change."
"y'all did a complete flip." kiragi said and miya nodded. "like reki was the one who was full of hope and langa was the one with the attitude, now it's the other way around." kiragi said and langa lifted himself off of reki's shoulder and he brought his knees up to his chest.
"i miss who i used to be, not going to lie." langa said and everyone looked at langa. "i didn't let what koji said affect me. i honestly have no idea what changed me to be this way." langa said and reki placed a hand on langas knee.
"i know you're feisty self is still in there and with time, you'll resurface again." reki said and langa looked at him. langa smiled and placed his hand on top of reki's.
"you guys do realize we are right here?" miya said and langa looked at him.
"you guys aren't invisible." kiragi said and she shivered. "throw up in my mouth." kiragi said as she hopped off the counter. "well i'm going to go get extra lunch." she added and she left without saying bye.
miya got up and dusted off his bum.
"i'm going to take a nap." miya said as he walked for the door. "see ya later" miya said and before the door closed all the way, you heard him mutter "losers"
reki and langa laughed with each other and reki looked at langa. langa smiled at him and reki moved to the stall miya was leaning on.
"we really came a long way huh?" reki said and langa inhaled and nodded his head.
"definitely. it's what? mid november now?" langa questioned and reki shrugged his shoulders since it was easy to lose track of the time and the days.
