A few months ago he and my sister were in a nearly fatal accident that left both of them in comas. And as much as it hurts my sister is still suffering, he's back. This man is more than an ex-boyfriend. He's a dear friend who I've been through hell and back with a million times. When he broke my heart, I kind of wanted to kill him. It took awhile to let go him and his lifestyle and uproot from the town I grew up in. But I did. And in retrospect, it all happened for a reason, for the greater good. I'm happy where I am in life. And I'm even happier that my first love is still alive and kicking. I got back in town yesterday for a shit show. Alaric who was an original vampire due to a couple years ago Esther Mikaelson giving him the updrafts camp powers, recently erased all of Elena's love for Damon. Yeah, compelled her to forget all the good memories so she could still feeling pain and missing. What a cop out. Little bitch.
