Chapter 6: I'm Yours

'Kay are you coming or what, you promised we would go shop', Leilah said. 'Yeah sorry, Danny was just on the phone', I explained. 'You just talked to him, what can he possible want to say to you what he couldn't have done a second ago', Leilah said with a smile. 'Let's go', Leilah said impatient. I laughed. 'Yeah I'm coming', I said. The bell rang. 'I go get it', my mum said. I heard an oh so familiar voice. 'Oh boy', Leilah said with a smile. I ran downstairs and almost slipped. 'Woops, sorry mum, hey', I said to Danny with a smile. 'Hey, are you free?', Danny asked. 'Well ehm I kind a promised Leilah to go shopping with her today', I said looking down shy. 'Go... whatever it is, go', Leilah said smiling at me. 'Are you sure, I don't want too disappoint you', I said. 'Kay it's cool, you what's your plan', Leilah said to Danny. 'Well I am planning to introduce Kay to Mark and Glen, we are going to perform, remember what I promised ya', Danny said. 'I remember', I said with a smile. 'So eh what do you say?', Danny said. 'Let me grab my coat, then I'm ready to go', I said.

'Your hands are freezing', Danny said when he grabbed my hand. He blew with his warm breath against my skin. Not only my hand warmed up. I could feel the blood rushing trough my cheeks and my heart was beating faster. 'Wait, stop', Danny said suddenly. I stopped. Out of the blew he kissed me. His lips pressed against mine with a lot of passion. I was letting myself fall free and it felt amazing. I got this feeling I couldn't discribe. His mouth went open a bit and he let his tongue go on exploring to search for mine. I ran my hands trough his hair. I always wanted to do that. I went out on exploring myself as well. His tongue was gentle and soft. Then he slowly let it go. 'Not to fast?', he asked. I shook my head. 'Perfect', I whispered. He kissed me again. 'I love you Kay McClane', Danny said. Those words meant the world to me. 'You don't have to say it if you don't think it's the right time', Danny said. 'Danny, stop talking... I love you too', I replied. Danny lifted me up and put me on his back. I giggled very girly like. 'Put me down', I said laughing. 'Nope', Danny said popping the p.

We arrived at the park were they payed. It was Hyde Park, for a festival. They played there for 30 minutes as main act. I was standing front row. VIP. I had my key-card around my neck that said I was VIP with The Script. 'How did you got that?', a girl said next to me. 'Are you up with the gossip?', I asked. 'A little, I know Danny suppose to have a new flame, she supposed to be hot and a contestant on The Voice', she said. 'I am Kay', I said with a smile. 'Brenda', she said and she looked at me and I could see that suddenly it hit her. 'Oh it's you, you are his new girlfriend?', Brenda said. I nodded. 'Oooh lucky you, is he a good kisser?', Brenda asked. 'Very', I said with a smile.

The Script came on stage and the crowd cheered. I cheered along with. I saw him performing like his life depended on it. Then a song came that I didn't knew. It was a surprise for me.

'So for those who not know the song, it's written for someone special, it's called 'I'm Yours', Danny said. My jaw dropped on the floor. The song was so beautiful.

I had tears in my eyes by the end of the song. Danny smiled at me a couple of times during the song and it surely made me feel special. Brenda looked a bit jealous at me. He ended with a song called Rusty Halo what made him jump and down on stage and then they were done. 'Amazing was it right?', I said to Brenda. But Brenda was already gone. A guard came towards me. 'Danny would like to speak to you, here you can go trough this', the guard said and he opened a gate and pushed all the people behind so they wouldn't crush me. 'Thank you', I said.

'Danny', I said with a smile and jumped in his arms as he hugged me. 'You were amazing', I said with a smile. 'What did you thought about the song?', Danny asked. 'Danny boy I had tears in my eyes so beautiful and touched I was, and for the record, you do have the softest touch', I said with a smile. Danny laughed. 'Are you ready to meet them?', Danny asked me. 'More then I'll ever be', I said.

We walked in to their dressing room. 'Guys, I want to introduce you to someone', Danny stated. 'Kay, finally we get to meet the girl too', Mark said with a smile and he hugged me. 'Yeah good to see ya', Glen said and he hugged me as well. 'So this is the girl were Danny can't stop talking about, boy that song he wrote for you is going to be a hit', Glen said.

Mark and Glen were really nice. We had such an amazing time we decided to make a group photo. Mark was the kind a guy who wanted photo's to share with his family. He took a few photo's from both me and Danny together as well. He promised to send them when they were done. 'Be sure to call us if you need anything, or if you just want to hang out', Glen said with a smile. 'I'll be sure to do that, I promise, I had a blast guys, be sure to call me too, always welcome in my house even though it isn't ehm my house', I said with a smile. At that moment my phone rang. It was Leilah.

'Yeah?', I asked. 'S... sorry to interrup you, but... it's Andy, he broke up with me, he broke off the engagement by cheating on me', Leilah said sobbing. 'Oh Leilah, I'm so sorry, I'll be right there okay, I'll be there as soon as possible', I said. 'Thank you, tell them I'm sorry', Leilah sobbed. 'Why, you can't help it', I said. 'I... I see you soon', Leilah said sobbing.

'What's the matter?', Danny asked. 'It's Leilah, my best friend', I explained to Mark and Glen. 'Yeah?', Mark asked. 'She and her fiance broke up, he cheated on her, don't talk about it whenever she is going to meet you, if she is ever okay, I am not sure if she want to share it with anyone but me', I said. 'Of course', Mark said. 'No problem dear', Glen said.

'Thank you', I said when Danny walked me home. 'For what baby girl', Danny said. I smiled at him. 'For this amazing day, sorry that I have to go, I would rather stay with you all day, the second I am away from you I miss you like crazy', I said. 'Same here luv, I see you tomorrow, then we need to go back to the BBC studio's for the knockouts', Danny reminded me. 'Shoot, I almost forgot about those', I said with a smile.

I said goodbye to her, but I rather wanted to stay with her. She was really an amazing girl. The best thing in my life right now. My rock. When I kissed her I felt like the earth is not moving, that we are the only once left.

I went back to Mark and Glen. 'Yo man, Kay is awesome, I can see why you are so madly in love with her, I just hope this one is better then your last one', Mark said. 'I hope so to, but you can't say what's going to happen in the future, but for now I sense a bright one for the both of us', I said. 'Oh Danny boy', Glen sighted. I shook my head and reminded him that only my girlfriend get's to say that to me.

That night I was in bed alone. I wish she was next to me. I imagined us making love together and that reminded me of the fact that I was going to be her first. I still couldn't believe that part. Her first boyfriend. She is so innocent. It reminded to be always gentle with her. I heard my phone rang. I quickly picked it up. It was from Kay.

Things are a bit sad in here. Leilah threw Andy out. She needs me. I feel really selfish now, but all I can think about is you. How I can be near you.
I love you, see you tomorrow. Breakfast before hitting the studio's?

I texts her right back. My heart was pounding in my chest.

She texts me right back that she would be dreaming of me of course. I went to sleep. Dreaming about Kay.
