Danny
Blessed too have a girlfriend like Kay. She is always with me, she loves being around me and I love being around her. Each time we get separated we can't wait to see each other again. I had a nice surprise for her. She was going to sing with me and my mates on stage. We had a big festival in Hyde Park and she had no idea that she was going to sing in front of thousands of people.
'Baby, were are you taking me', Kay said. 'You see', I teased and I gave her a small kiss on her beautiful lips. 'Kay McClane, there you are', Mark said smiling and he hugged her. 'Boooom', he said. I didn't got that. But Boooom was one of the things Mark said a lot. 'Hey there girl, how have you been these days, I loved your version of If You See Kay during The Voice', Glen said hugging her too. 'Thank you, Danny boy were are you taking me?', Kay asked. 'For me to know and for you to... well you know', I said with a smile. Mark and Glen were not saying a word about it, I was thankful for that.
We walked towards the tour bus. 'Babe, have you ever done it in a tour bus?', I asked. 'No, first time for everything right', Kay said with a smile. I laughed. 'So... this is the surprise, you are going to sing on stage with us, we are going to do a duet in front of thousands of people', I said with a big smile. 'What... Danny I haven't prepared or anything', Kay said nervously. 'Babe, no worries there, we are going to sing Science & Faith, you know that song, you love it', I said. Kay smiled at me. 'I do love that song and know it very well, Dan you are the most amazing boyfriend ever', Kay said.
We did a sound check and then it was time for the both of us to get ready. Declaring each others love in front of thousands of people trough a song was going to be amazing.
'Danny, I'm nervous', Kay said and her hands were shaking. She had never performed for a huge audience like this. 'Babe, no need to be nervous, you are with me', I said comforting her and I kissed her. 'You two love birds come here for a second okay', Mark shouted. 'Sorry', Kay said with a smile. 'So Dan, here is some cranberry juice, vodka for me, tea for you Glen, what do you want, we have a little thing like this each time we go on stage', Mark explained to me. 'I have some vodka too if you don't mind', Kay said holding out her glass. 'Here you go dear, to an amazing show today', Mark said. 'I drink to that', Glen said as he took a zip from his tea.

The vodka was burning in my troath, but that was good. It meant I was feeling something and at this moment I was simply worried about the fact I didn't felt a thing. 'Baby girl, you would be fine okay', Danny said and he smiled at me. 'I love you Danny', I said and I meant it with all my heart. 'I love you too', Danny said and he kissed me one last time before he went on stage. He would announce me soon. He was touching my belly for a second. 'You baby boy or girl, listen too your mums voice okay, and maybe a little to your dad as well', Danny whispered. My belly was showing a bit. Still, papers didn't noticed it yet. I was grateful for it. I am a month pregnant now. I giggled when he said that and I watched him sing from back stage waiting for him to announce me. He was amazing, as always.
'So, we have a little surprise for you all, you all know my girlfriend Kay McClane, contestant on The Voice, I am so proud to say that she is my finalist, and I am sure she would win the whole thing, Team Danny all the way', Danny said. Cheering from the audience. 'To surprise you all, Kay and I are going to sing a duet, so give it up for Kay McClane please', Danny said and he smiled at me. Cheering from the audience and everyone was smiling at us. 'So are you all ready!', I screamed in my microphone. 'Yeah!', the audience cheered.
Mark and Glen played really hard and we both sang Science&Faith. Just as I sang 'You won't find faith...', something terrible happened. Suddenly we heard something break. The audience screamed. Not from joy, from panic. 'Danny!', I yelled as I fell off the stage. Suddenly there was nothing. It was all blank. I felt something heavy fall upon me. I tried to stop it by protecting my hands in front of my stomach. But it was too late.
Danny
'Baby, were are you', I yelled as I tried to find Kay. The damn stage collapsed. How could this happen! Which idiot was responsible for the stage. 'Were is she', Glen asked worried. He and Mark were okay. Mark had a scratch above his eye. Just an inch to the left and he would have been blind. Glen's had just bruises. He was lucky. I felt a sharp pain in my side. 'Danny, you are bleeding out here, you have to go to the hospital!', Glen said. 'Not before I've found Kay! KAY! BABY PLEASE SAY SOMETHING!', I screamed. 'There!', Mark said suddenly as he ran towards the place were the stage started to collapse. 'Help me lift that off her, oh no, Kay baby please be alive', I begged. The paramedics came as they took her to the hospital. I took a ride with them. Glen and Mark were chasing us with the car.
My wound wasn't that badly. It had a bandage on it and that was it. It was bleeding more and looked worse then it was. I just wanted Kay by my side. Happy Kay who just started to sing. 'Kay McClane?', I asked the receptionist who looked up and I knew she was a fan. Boy please don't ask for an autograph. But she remained professional. She just said that she loved The Script and that she felt terrible what happened and prayed for Kay to be all right again. I nodded as she pointed me to Kay's room.
Kay was awake and the doctor told me that she was asking for me but he also informed that there was some bad news that Kay wanted to tell me in person. She was fine. She just had some bruises and was shaken up. The doctor said that she was lucky she didn't even had a cut. Her hair was a beautiful mess, but her smile to me was fake and worried, but she was relieved to see me. I could tell that by the way she hugged me. 'Baby... I need to tell you something', she said and she swallowed. 'Yeah?', I asked. 'I... I am so sorry, but... oh Danny... I lost the baby', she said and she started crying. 'Oooh baby...', I said and I felt tears welling up. I couldn't keep them inside and cried with her, while I should comforting her. I put my arms around her and let her lean against my chest. 'Danny... I am so sorry', Kay said. 'It isn't your fault sweetheart, I am just happy that you are okay, I don't know what I would do without you', I said swallowing. I couldn't help but think it is my fault. If I didn't asked her to go on that stage and sing with me, none of this would have happened. Then we still would be this happy family. Now look at us, we are both hurt and tired. We wanted to be with each other, and we didn't because it reminds us about the terrible thing that just happened.
I went to see Mark and Glen. 'She is okay', I said and Mark and Glen sighted from relieve. 'Just... we... she... we lost the baby', I said and I felt myself tearing up again. 'Oh Danny, I am so sorry for the both of you', Mark said and he hugged me. Glen hugged me too.
'You can see her, she was asking for you two as well', I said with a smile. I brought them to Kay and she smiled weak to them. I called my mum, she came rushing towards the hospital. 'Ooow Danny boy', she said and she hugged me. 'Looks like you are not going to be a grandma', I sobbed in her arms. 'Oh Danny boy, I feel so sorry for the both of you, I am also glad that you two are okay and not injured or something', my mum said. I called Kay her parents as well. They were in tears and promised to come tomorrow. They would take the first flight to London.
Kay
You could say that this week was hell for me. Even though Danny and I spend time together for the studio sessions, every media reporter wanted to know the ugly truth. My parents were there for me the whole time I felt like bursting out in tears. I didn't want to cry in front of Danny too much, not that I didn't felt like I couldn't, but that I didn't want him to cry too. The papers were filled about us losing a child. It was front page news. All gossip and daily news. Danny wrote a song called Exit Wounds what turned out to be a great hit. I had to prepare for the final which I really didn't want to. I just wanted to stay in bed all day, curled up like a cat.
I had no time to morn about the child we've lost. The pain and loss was news worldwide. My twitter page and Instagram was exploding with fans who supported me in any way and wished us the best. But I couldn't look. I couldn't tweet back, or post happy pictures from Danny and me like I did before. I felt empty, like a something was missing.
I just sat there, my arms holding tight around myself. Crying in my pillow. Dreaming about how things could have been.
