Chapter 9: Before The Worst

Danny and I were just a dream. That was all I could think about. Danny was like my rock. At the Knockouts Danny picked me as his fast pass of going trough the live shows. Michael was not really happy about me being the obvious fast pass. He also took Dana and a guy named Eric.

Leilah and I were shopping at this point. We were back in Dublin for a while. She was staying at our place. Danny wasn't back in Dublin and I had to miss him for a few days. Turns out that Dana her family was Irish too so we went shopping together. Leilah liked Dana.

'I need that, I need that so badly, do you think Glen would like that?', Leilah asked. 'I'm sure he would love that outfit on you, but he would like you when you wearing nothing', I said teasing her. Leilah giggled. 'What's up with her and Glen then, I missed something, Leils, tell me', Dana said. 'Last time when we were having a dinner party all the lads from The Script came and me and Glen could get on really well, so we have a date now, when we get back in London he invited me for a gig', Leilah said. 'That is so cool', Dana said.

'You... you have a glow over ya I haven't seen before, what did Danny do to you?', Leilah said. 'Danny... oh well he ehm, well fine, we did it', I said shy looking down. 'No way, you and O'Donoghue! Wow, did he knew about the fact that...', Leilah started. 'Of course he knew it was my first time, I don't leave him in the dark like that, he was really gentle, sweet and boy it was amazing', I said. 'My little girl is finally an adult', Leilah said.

'Why is nothing about you and Danny in the newspapers yet?', Dana asked slowly. 'I don't know either, Michael had found some pictures from me and Danny kissing and he was saying that he knew for a fact that this was going to be the headline, so far it hasn't happened yet, perhaps because people don't have confirmation enough yet, we would like to keep it that way', I said. 'Got it, well he was good in bed?', Dana asked. 'Superdope', I said. 'You sound like Will dude', Leilah said giggling.

My phone rang. 'Is it him?', Dana asked. I nodded and smiled. 'Love sick fool', Leilah said. I shook my head.

'Hey girl, how are you', Danny said. 'I miss you, but I am having fun shopping with the girls, Dana is with us', I said. 'That is nice of you', Danny said. 'I know she is competition, but she is a really nice girl, Leilah likes her too, I miss you Danny, I miss you next to me, your breath tickling my skin and all', I said. 'Please baby girl, you are making me crazy', Danny said. 'Baby girl, oh Danny boy now I miss ya even more, Dublin is amazing I wish you could be here', I said. 'Look behind ya sweetheart', Danny said. 'Where, I look behind me', I said turning around not seeing anything. 'Look harder', Danny said. 'What do I see then?', I asked.

'Surprise', Danny said suddenly popping up behind me. 'Danny!', I said and I threw myself on him. He almost fell. 'Sorry baby, just missed ya a lot', I said. 'I've missed you to, Glen is out back, he said he loved the outfit', Danny said to Leilah. 'Oooh cool', Leilah said. 'Looks like team Dan is almost complete, I brought Eric with us, we are going to hang out as a team', Danny said. Camera's followed us as we were walking trough the streets of Dublin. 'I had in mind that we are going to the studio's were we are recording', Danny said. 'Yeah cool', I said. 'Wicked', Eric and Dana said. 'With a heli, how about that', I said with a smile. 'Are you freaking kidding me!', Dana said jumping around like crazy. 'Nope', Danny said popping the P.

It was really high there up in the air, the city was beautiful like this. 'Are you having fun sweet baby girl of mine', Danny said. 'Lot's of fun Danny boy', I whispered back. 'There it is', Danny said. We were making our way back to the ground as Danny, real gentleman as he is, helps me down. 'Can't believe that we are going to the studio's', I said excited. Danny was letting his hand slide into mine. The camera's didn't knew what they had to film anymore. I could feel my heart light up. 'Baby mum would love to meet ya', Danny said with a smile. 'That's right, your mum lives in Dublin too. Oh shit... when, I have nothing to wear', I said. 'Sssh, you are perfect okay, just it's tonight, she has been reading it all over the news about my mystery girl and she really wants to meet ya', Danny said. 'I'm your mystery girl?', I asked. 'Not a bad thing baby', Danny said. I giggled. He called me 'baby' a lot.
