Parachute - Better:
'He should hold you like he won't let go, call you just to hear your voice. He should tell you that you're beautiful even when you think you're not. He should hang on every word you say, kiss you like the world might end. He should love you, love you, love you better than I did. I should have loved you better than I did'

"Say it's me, Noelle". Charles whispered and Noelle's eyes fluttered closed at the low tone in his voice. Her heart started beating a million miles an hour and she swallowed hard before she lifted her gaze back up to meet his. Their eyes found each other immediately and before Noelle could even process what was happening, her mouth had said the words:

"It's you, Charles. I'm in love with you".

From the moment the words had left her lips, Noelle felt like she was floating. She couldn't believe that she had finally confessed to him how she truly felt. The look in Charles' eyes changed from hopeful to loving in under a millisecond and Noelle could read everything she needed to know from them. Her legs were still wrapped around his waist and Charles moved his hand from her arm up to her face where he cupped her cheek gently, while Noelle pulled her bottom lip between her teeth trying to suppress the whimper that was about to be released from her mouth. "You'll never believe how long I've been waiting for you to say those words, Elle". Charles whispered while he leaned in closer to her.

The both of them could hear the music and the chatting guests from the other side of the kitchen wall, but there was nothing that could break the connection between them right now. Noelle's eyes fluttered closed when she felt Charles' breath ghost over her face and his lips brush past hers. He didn't fully kiss her yet though, both of them were scared something would change if they committed to this now. Noelle's arms found their way around his neck, her fingers gliding through the hair on the back of his head while they remained only a few millimetres apart. The urge to kiss him was becoming too much for Noelle to handle, she needed him closer than he had ever been before and a small whimper left her lips when he wrapped his other arm around her waist.

"Charles.. please". Noelle whined when he brushed his lips past hers again but instead of kissing her, Charles lifted her off the counter and walked towards the stairs, her legs still firmly wrapped around him. Their eyes never left each other when he made his way towards his bedroom and Noelle couldn't help but notice how similar this felt to the first time she had been in this position. Charles turned around and sat down on the edge of his bed, with Noelle straddling his lap and it took every bit of strength inside her not to push him on his back and kiss him right now. "Before we continue.." Charles started while his thumb caressed her face slowly. "I know we haven't officially ended our agreement yet, but I just want you to know that's not what this has ever been for me".

Noelle looked at Charles' green hues that observed every part of her face while he spoke and a small smile appeared on her lips as he looked down at them. "Je suis amoureux de toi aussi, ma princesse". He whispered as he leaned in again, his lips brushing over hers before he finally closed the gap between them completely now. Noelle felt like all the air was knocked out of her lungs when he kissed her for the first time in weeks as she had never expected him to do it again. She whimpered when Charles pulled her body further against his and Noelle's hand found its way into his hair again, pulling on the strands gently while he kissed her with more passion than he had ever done. Charles let his tongue roam over the seam of her lips to seek access to hers and although their movements were slow and sensual, Noelle had never felt her arousal build up quicker than right now.

Charles let his hands roam over her figure, his fingers admiring each part of her body in its own way. "I haven't even told you how gorgeous I think you look in this dress". He said when he pulled back slightly and Noelle felt a blush appear on her cheeks. Of course, he had complimented her on her looks before, but it had always been in the heat of the moment and never this genuine. Their lips found each other again and Noelle couldn't resist the urge to let her hands find the hem of his sweater anymore. She slowly rolled the piece of fabric upwards, revealing his toned body that she had missed so much. Noelle bit her lip when she looked at him, his broad neck and muscled arms making her think of everything she wanted him to do to her and she pushed him back on the mattress before she leaned forward to kiss his neck.
