Chapter 9
Luke's POV
Anger filled through my body as I stormed into Calum's, we were supposed to be practicing for the talent show at school, but how could I focus when the guy who's supposed to be my best friend is having sex with the girl I think I like?
"MICHAEL! WHY DID YOU HAVE SEX WITH ADELAIDE, YOU DICK!" I yelled walking in and standing in front of him, I'm never usually angry at him for having sex all the time but when it's with Adelaide, I'm angry.
"Eh." He shrugged not bothering, it was as if he didn't care that I liked her.
"You know I like her." I frowned, knowing she doesn't feel the same way. I know I met her like a week ago but shes kinda the female version of me. I hit Jack with a fork once, but that's only because he stole my chicken nugget. Yes, I eat McDonald's with a fork, I don't like to eat by hand because then that means that I have to lick my fingers if I don't have a tissue. I mean, who carries tissues around anyway, mum does but she just laughs at me if I ask her for a tissue. It's not funny that I don't want greasy hands if I have a burrito, I'm not into burritos which is good.
"Well sorry buddy but she likes me." Michael smirked getting up and walking towards his guitar.
"Wait, Michael had sex with the girl you like?" Calum sniggered while tuning his own guitar.
"Y-yes." I hesitated and nodded, it was weird hearing it from someone else's mouth.
"Bullshit." Calum laughed, "Michael's low, but he'd never have sex with a girl you liked."
"Well I did." Michael nodded. "And she sounds like an angel."
I just looked at him, I didn't know how to react. He's had sex with her. Sex. Sex. Sex. I'm a virgin, I think it's absolutely disgusting when someone has sex with someone they don't love.
"Jealous?" Michael asked me raising an eyebrow. "Let me tell you Luke, make sure she's your first time." He grinned turning away.
"Wh-whatever lets just...start..." I stuttered, he's been inside her. Inside her. I'm going to throw up, if I ever do end up having sex with her, I'll just think of Michael.
I walked up to the microphone and started singing one of the songs we had chosen. We were practicing in Calum's new house he'd got because he's got a garage and his mum and dad are out seeing some comedian show or something and his sister lives in London now. I told my mum that I was staying at Calum's for the night. She likes Calum so it's okay.
After a while of us practicing, I heard a knock at the door.
"I'll get it." Michael groaned running up to Calum's front door, I heard him open it and he was saying some stuff that I couldn't understand.
"So, you like the girl he's fucking with," Calum asked me, I really wasn't in the mood for talking about that.
"Michael who's at the door?!" I asked raising my voice a little starting to walk towards the front door "Michael you've to hurry up and-" I stopped talking when I saw Michael and Adelaide standing way too close to each other.
"Oh hey Luke!" Adelaide turned her head and Michael smirked turning around too, dropping his hand from her waist.
"Get back upstairs..." I told Michael even though the garage was just next door.
"See you babe," Michael waved at Adelaide before shutting the door.
I ignored him and walked back to the garage.
"Who was it?" Calum smiled, looking up at me from his chair.
"Ade." Michael smiled walking in the room before looking down at his phone letting out a little laugh.
"Who's that?" Calum asked, still smiling.
"Ade." Michael smiled biting his lip.
"Anyway, it's 11pm. Let's get ready for bed." I nodded, I'm not exactly what you would call a 'night owl.'
"Luke it's only 11?" Michael questioned me, even though he knows I'm not one to stay up late.
"And I'm tired." I looked down, avoiding eye contact with either of them.
"Luke-" Calum groaned but I interrupted him.
"You know what fine! If you two want to stay up then you can. I'm going to sleep!" I walked out the room and stormed upstairs into Calum's room, we were supposed to sleep in the garage but if they're awake down there I won't be able to get to sleep.
"Someone's on their man period." I heard Michael snicker from downstairs and that's the last thing I heard before I fell asleep.
