Axl

I walked into Natalia's room and shook her awake in time for school.

"I don't wanna go to school," whined Natalia. "C'mon, sugar, you have to," I said. "I don't feel good," Natalia said pouting.

I felt her head and she was burning.

"Alright, you don't have to go, you stay here. I'm going to get you some medicine and soup," I said. "Okay," Natalia sniffled.

I walked into the living room and saw Valery placing her books in her bags.

"Where's Logan?" I asked.

"I don't know, but the bus is here," Very said wheeling out if the house.

"Logan, YOUR BUS IS HERE!" I called as I walked up the stairs into Logan room.

He was still curled in bed.

"Jason! What are you doing get up!" I asked shaking him awake.

"No, go away, I don't wanna go," Logan said.

"No, you have to go. Are you sick?" I asked.

"No," Logan said.

"Well, get your ass up and go to school. I have to care for your sister and get to the studio, I don't have time to care for you! And you're walking to school!" I said madly.

"Go away!" Logan screamed.

"I allow you to stay here without much thought. I can send you away to someone who knows how to deal with you, or you can cooperate with me," I said.

"Maybe I wanna be sent away," Logan said.

I sighed and decided to leave him alone while I took care of Natalia.

I gave her some soup and medicine and read her a story before she fell asleep.

I walked back into Logan's room and heard sniffling and whimpering.

"Hey, Logan, what's wrong?" I asked.

Logan sat up and tears ran down his face.

"No one loves me," he said.

"No, no, no, that's not true," I said pulling Logan I to my arms.

"I'm sorry, I'm such an asshole. I just don't wanna go to school. I get bullied all the time and I didn't want to deal with it today," Logan said. "I'm sorry."

Logan resting his head on my shoulder and clung to me as I rubbed his back.

Poor kid, he was so troubled.

"Okay, okay, calm down. Why don't you get some sleep," I asked. Logan nodded and laid down.

I got up and kissed him on the head before walked out. I leaned against the door and smiled.

This kid has a childhood like mine. I have to make sure he's happy and save. Not just him but the girls too.

I walked to Natalia's room and crawled into bed beside her smiling before I fell asleep beside my knew daughter.

I had no idea how great it was to have children of my own. Well, not my own. But one of my best friends children.

I was the happiest I had ever been.
