"So what's the problem?" I asked.

"I can't be with a boy," Xavier said.

"Well, good thing too. Because no way in hell would I wanna be with someone like you," I said. "You're arrogant, stuck up, and a pathetic excise of a man. God forbid anyone find love with someone like you," I said.

Xavier looked taken aback at my fierce remark. He stood there with his mouth hanging looking for any sign that I was joking. But I wasn't.

No, dating wasn't for me in any way. And I certainly wasn't allowing this stuck up snob to slowly nuzzle himself into my pants.

He can forget it.

I checked the clock and saw my shift was over.

"My shift is over. Don't hit on anyone else. Wouldn't want a person of innocence to be drug down to your mess of desire," I said before leaving. Making sure I wiggled my hips to seduce to ignorant ass before walking out of the building.

I walked back into my house and saw Axl sitting on the couch making out with a sexy lady.

I gasped and Axl pulled away.

"Logan! What... What are you doing here. I asked you to run by the store after work," Axl said as the woman awkwardly sat straight on the couch.

"I... You're just like mom!" I shouted.

"No, listen. That's um... That Katie she's my girlfriend. We've been together for a while actually. And... I figured today would be a good day for me to introduce you and the girls to her," Axl explained.

"Some introduction," I spat.

Katie stood up and walked over to me and smiled politely.

"In sorry, I got a bit carried away. You'll understand when you find love-"

"I don't wanna find love, love sucks. Everyone who says they love you don't really mean it in the slightest," I said.

"Logan, that isn't true," Katie said. "I know we got off on the wrong foot. But we can make this work."

"NO, WE CAN'T!" I shouted. "Just leave me alone."

I walked to my room and laid on the bed thinking about Katie and Xavier.

None of them can possibly feel love.

Especially Xavier. He just wants to get in my pants.

And Katie wants to get in Axl's pants.

Love is a lie. Not a soul can feel it. They are attracted only by sexual desires and instinct and nothing else.

My sisters? You may be wondering about. Well they'll find a man or a woman and rub away and abandon me forever.

Axl only feels bad for me and sisters. Love isn't an option in his eyes.

I heard knocks on the door but didn't answer.

It slowly opened revealing Axl.

"Hey, Logan, are you alright?" He asked.

I didn't reply.

Axl sat on my bed and stroked my messy black hair.

"Katie won't be coming back," Axl said his voice choked. I turned to face him.

"Why?" I asked.

"I left her, you didn't feel comfortable with her around and I wanted the best for you. I want you to feel safe, Logan," Axl said go giving me a painful smile.

He really liked Katie.

No he loved her.

And because of me he lost that love and probably won't get it back.

It's all my fault.

I ruined his life.

I hugged him, my arms locking around his neck.

"I'm sorry."

"Don't apologize, it's alright."

"You're hurt."

"Heartbreak won't last."

"Axl?"

"Yeah."

"I don't wanna stay here anymore."
