Don't Aurelia

"Hey, mom look at this!" Aurelia yells while jumping from a high place "AURELIA" her mom screams. Aurelia falls, and she starts to cry "mommy mommy" she continually cries "it'll be alright" Her mom picks up Aurelia "Let's go home" she takes Aurelia to the car

"Yay home time" Aurelia gets in the car so does her mom. "Get buckled up!" Her mom says with a happy expression "I will" she says with a smile on her face

They arrive home. Aurelia gets out of the car "Mom my leg hurts" she limps "well I have things you can take to fix it." She grabs Aurelia's hand and goes inside. "Let's go to the bathroom and see what I have" Aurelia follows her mom to the bathroom

"Here we are" Her mom bends down and looks under the sink. She grabs a bottle of pain relief pills "here we are" she gets up and takes one out. She hands it to Aurelia "Swallow it, no chewing" she says while getting a cup of water

"Here this'll help" she gives the cup of water to Aurelia "Okay," Aurelia says while putting it in her mouth and drinking the water.

"There you go," her mom says "thanks mom," Aurelia says. "You're welcome, honey! Well, I gotta make dinner now." She says

Aurelia thought one wouldn't be enough.. she got the bottle and went to her room.

She opened it and took the rest of it. All of them

"AURELIA!! Time for dinner!!" Her mom yelled with no response. Her mom worried and went to her room. Seeing her with the bottle in her hand

Immediately calls the ambulance...

Luckily she was alive...

After a year (11 years old) her mom kept everything that could harm her away.. so she tried to kill herself until she turned into an adult.

—reality—

It was already hard enough not to take more than one pill... I wanted to take them all.. but I didn't I had to remember what I'm living for. The only solution to this was.

I go into my kitchen. I grab the knife... I put it to my skin and I start cutting...

This helps me ... I can't help it... If I didn't do this then I wouldn't be here.

I feel hot and tired. I sat on my couch barely keeping my eyes open... I fell asleep

It was 1 pm... I slept for a long time ...

I feel much better after a long nap .. my phone rings. I get up and grab it

Oh just my mom

I answer it

"Hello, Aurelia?" My mom says.. she's concerned "Yes mom" I say "Are you alright?" She asks "I am," I say

"Oh just checking up on you... I love you. bye!" My mom says "I love you too, bye" I say

I hang up.

I go into my kitchen I barely have any food. I decided to go out.

I take a nice warm shower, brush and braid my hair, put on some nice clothes, and go to the grocery store.

I drive 10 minutes and arrive there...

I go in

What do I need?

"Hey" this stranger pats my shoulder. I look at him and walk away without saying anything. He grabs my arm "don't touch me" I trip him...

"Damn girl.. you won't need to do all that," he says while getting up... I'm walking away, but he still grabs me "What the hell did I tell you? These are clean clothes" I take this hand off of me "Oh damn." He says

I continue to walk away. "Hey, cmon!" He shouts.. he kept getting closer. "Get the fuck away from me. Creep."  I say in a very rude tone.

"You know what?" He says. I start to run

What does he want from me?

I run out of the store so he would get away from me... if I go to my car he would follow it probably. This guy is hella creepy.

"Hey I see you," he says. I was trying to hide "What do you want?" I say going up to him "You." He says "You aren't going to get me," I say "Am I not?" He says

He smirks while looking at something behind me and I turn around

I blacked out.
