CHAPTER 13

"Hmm."

"What's up Jetta?" Zors asked, walking over to where I was lying down. I was trying to fix some sort of leak in the cockpit.

"I don't know, Zors," I said, finding the pipe that was causing the leak. "Ah, wait, here it is."

"Here what is?" He asked, sliding under the control panel with me.

"One of the main hyperdrive pipes is leaking," I said, reaching for some tools.

"That's not good," he said.

"No, it isn't. We might have to travel old school for a while," I said. Then I found what caused the leak.

"Hey, Zors, check this out."

"What is it?"

"It looks like it was chewed through right here," I said. We slid out from underneath the panel and stood up.

"I'll bet you that it was one of Rosemary's bugs," he said.

"I don't need to bet on it, Zors. Plus, I think since its not major damage, I can fix it. Go down and look in the blue and black crate; you'll find some unused pipes. We just need to replace it."

"Alright," Zors said, climbing down the ladder. I stopped the flow of hyperfuel and crawled back under the panel, taking the old pipe out.

I held it and looked at it. Dang, could those bugs destroy something.

"Hey, Rosemary!" I called.

"Yah?" She called back.

"Come here for a second."

She quickly raced up the ladder and scrambled over to me.

"What?"

"I think your little bug friends got to this pipe," I told her, showing her the eaten up pipe.

"Is that bad?" She asked innocently.

"No, it's fine. All fine. Yes, of course it's bad. This is the main pipe that fuels the hyperdrive," I said. Rosemary looked down, a trace of a tear in her eye.

"Aw, Rosemary. Don't cry. I can fix it, but it'll put us behind quite a lot," I told her, setting the pipe down and rubbing her back.

"Where do we have to go?" She asked, wiping the tear away.

"Well, if that tracking beacon is correct, then the Ileenium system," I said.

"Where's that?"

"It's in the outer rim, in the Sanbra Sector."

"What planets are there?" She asked, sitting down.

"Hmmm, the only one I know of is D'Qar, which is where the Resistance is most probably hiding. We have to find them and verify their location to the First Order," I told her.

"Yes! Another adventure!" She said excitedly.

"Hey, Jetta, I found another pipe," I heard Zors say as he climbed the ladder.

"Good," I said as I crawled back under the panel.

"Hey, Rose, hand me that wrench," I said. She grabbed it and threw it in. It landed on my helmet's visor.

"Be glad I'm wearing a helmet," I said as I grabbed it.

"Sorry," she said. "I didn't mean for it to go that far."

"It's fine." I replaced the broken pipe and secured it.

"Okay, I think it's ready," I said. "So, now time to head to the Ileenium system."
