I stood up, wiped my eyes, and glared at Pryde. Everyone around me stared in shock; it was their first time ever seeing my face. I could hear whispers, but I ignored them. General Pryde had backed away; his eyes widened at the sight of my scarred face. I began to slowly walk towards him, taking my blaster from my holster.

"What-what happened to your face?" He asked, trying to stall me from hurting him.

"Who killed my husband?" I responded, avoiding his question. I could feel the burning hatred running through me; it was like the lava of the planet Mustafar--deadly and angry.

"Well, you see, Jetta-" he stammered, glancing nervously at my blaster. "He was the spy. I was doing the First Order a favor. Surely you could understand that?"

"Yes, I do understand. So, now you must kill me," I said, throwing my blaster to the ground and kneeling in front of him. He looked at me strangely, unsure of what I meant.

"Jetta?"

"Listen, Pryde, I was involved with his plans. I knew about it all along. So, that must mean I have to die too."

The general looked at me in surprise. Several of the other officers gasped and began to murmur amongst each other. I specifically heard one of them say, "But, Kylo trusted her!"

Pryde shook his head in disbelief and turned to face the cold abyss of space. He looked at a storm trooper and nodded. The trooper walked over to him and gave the general a blaster. Pryde turned to look at me, aiming the blaster at me.

"Kill me. Kill me like you killed the man I loved," I challenged arrogantly. I wasn't afraid of death. Not anymore.

He hesitated, his hand shaking as he held the blaster close to my chest. We made eye contact, my gold eyes boring into his eyes. They looked sad, almost regretful, but he soon changed his expression to one of anger. His eyes now burned. He threw the blaster down and walked away.

"Get this traitor off the Finalizer," he ordered to some troopers. They nodded, immediately walking to me, giving me my helmet, and escorting me off the bridge. Another officer had picked up the body of Armitage and followed close behind.

Back at the Revenant, T3 was waiting for me. He had somehow managed of clear off most of the graffiti; the only thing left was an "m."

"Madam Jetta. I thought it would please you to-" he stopped speaking as soon as he noticed the officer carrying Armitage.

"Not now, T3. Get on the Revenant; we're leaving."

"Right away, Jetta," he said, walking up the ramp of the ship. The stormtroopers returned to the bridge, but the officer stayed with me. He placed the body of Armitage on the floor of the ship and sighed.

"I'm sorry, Jetta," he said with sincerity in his voice. "Pryde hated him; there was no proof that Armitage was the spy. At least not until you confessed."

"Thank you," I said. "You don't seem like you belong here."

"I'm only here because my parents sold me to the First Order so they could pay back some debts they owed. I am the rightful property of the First Order now."

"What is your name?"

"Jakson Dillah; I'm from Coruscant."

"Jakson. If you ever want to escape, you're always welcome to come with me," I said. "I could use a new partner."

"Thank you, Jetta, but I can't." He held out his arm and showed me a device implanted into his wrist.

"What the heck is that?"

" A tracking beacon. If I ever left, the First Order could find me and kill me. Maybe someday I can leave and be a bounty hunter like you."

"You don't want to be a bounty hunter, kid," Jetta said. She looked down at the body of her husband an sighed.

"I really didn't like him that much, but when he got the chance, he wouldn't shut up about you. He told me about you all the time- who beautiful you were, how he loved your smile, how you loved him unconditionally."

"Yah," was all Jetta could manage to say.

"Well, Mrs. Hux, I'll see you another time. May the force be with you."

"Thank you, Jakson." Jakson left the Revenant and Jetta raised the ramp.

"Miss Jetta, I am so sorry-" T3 began.

"Can it, T3. I'd rather not talk now," Jetta said as she climbed the ladder into the cockpit. She thought about where to go and realized that going back to Ajan Kloss would be dangerous. She decided to go to Coruscant and stay there until either the First Order or Resistance had been destroyed. After setting a course for the planet, she lifted the Revenant and steered in out of the hangar. Her thoughts dwelled on Rosemary, only thinning of how desperate she was to see her adopted daughter.

"Never thought you'd get back on the ship," Zors said from behind her. Jetta jumped and looked back.

"Zors?"

"Hey."

"When did you get on board?"

"Back at the base. T3 and I have just been hanging out on board. And I'm sorry about the General."

"Oh, yah, that's um, nothing," I said quickly.

"Nothing, huh? Well then, whatever. Where are you going?"

"Coruscant," I answered, gazing out the window.

"Alright then. I'm gonna go with you," he said. I laughed.

"Well, as of now, you don't have a choice."

"Fair point," he said with a grin.
