The acceleration of the fall and the freezing cold air maneuver through Peter's body as he falls, causing him to quickly jolt awake. His eyes scan every part of what he's looking at before he realizes he needs to stop his fall now. He quickly shoots a web at the building and it pulls him towards the side. He smashes into the glass wall, cracking it, not even having time to grab onto the building because of how disjointed he is.
Apart from the snow he tunes his senses and hears a fan. A very loud fan above him.
No wait, not fan, he thinks, while his eyes are shut and he tries to listen harder, escape. He runs up the wall, shooting and pulling webs to help him speed up. He reaches the top once again and lands perfectly, then runs towards the helicopter which has already landed on the roof. As he sprints towards the noise of the propellers flapping, a large wave of energy is shot at his chest and flips him backwards. He lands with one knee on the floor, barely staying up.
Fisk's voice breaks through the snow once again, "I'm sure you're aware of my colleague, Herman Shultz." A man in a quilted yellow and brown costume appears through the snow being blown around due to the helicopter's propellers.
"Shocking." Spider-Man says standing up slowly, worn out. He looks at his phone again, 12:20.
"Shocking?" Herman says, "or ShockER!" He yells and raises up two gauntlets shooting Spider-Man back, this time, however, he stops himself from flying by webbing the floor and pulling himself back down.
"I trust that you can handle this?" Fisk asks Shocker, while his helicopter begins to ascend away. "Of course you can," Shocker replies, looking back at Fisk. He looks back to where he shot Spider-Man and he's gone. "SPIDERRRR... WHERE ARE YAAAA..." he slowly walks across the roof crunching rocks under his feet from all the debris surrounding it. He stops for a moment and scans the area. "I oughta use my fancy new helmet to trace his body heat," he says to himself. He looks all around him "huh?? There's no one here!"
Then all of a sudden he hears a loud noise from behind.
*THWIP*
A large web is attached to Fisk's helicopter from the side of the building. He runs over to look at the wall below from the balcony. He reaches the side and looks down, and there he sees Spider-Man looking up at him and waving. Spider-Man jumps off the building and webs the helicopter to another building, and another and another, and another, making it unable to move anywhere. For good measure he webs the propellers and the helicopter gives out and goes still. It falls for a moment but is unable to go any lower from the webs holding it in place.
Spider-Man jumps to the helicopter and is greeted with Fisk trying to punch him away immediately. "Woah," Spider-Man says, webbing Fisk to the helicopter seat, "looks like the bad little baby needs a timeout."
