On the floor all the ambulances are evacuated away from the area and only cops remain. The police are in the middle of rounding up the last group of Fisk's men before they're greeted with Spider-Man bringing down one helicopter pilot and one Wilson Fisk webbed to a helicopter chair. Spider-Man throws him in the back of a SWAT vehicle, "I trust you'll know what to do with him," he says.
"Thank you Spider-Man," an officer says, "I don't know what we'd have done without you here."
"Don't mention it, actually I got one more guy to round up for you guys, be right back."
Peter swings to the top of the tower once more and looks around for Shocker. "Herrrrrmaaaaaan," he says, looking around, "where'd you go?" Before long he feels a large vibration on the floor, and he sees a large wave of snow disperse in front of him. He runs to the balcony and sees a figure leap from building to building away from the tower.
"Damn it," Peter says, and he looks at his phone again, 12:30, "If I don't make it back on time I'm done with...but who knows what Herman can get up to when left unchecked." He thinks for a moment then, ironically without thinking, he leaps off the building and shoots a web, propelling himself far and fast. He tries to follow the sound of vibrations through the city, and continues swinging. He makes it on top of one building and runs fast, then leaps off. He swings for a long time before considering that Shocker got away. He then passes a familiar street.
Hey, ESU is right there, he thinks to himself, let's hope Shocker isn't too far away. He does his signature hand motion in an attempt to swing again, but nothing comes out. He tries with the other hand and a little spurt of web is shot pathetically.
Oh no, oh nononono-- "AHHHHHHHHHH" he falls on the floor hard. He coughs and rolls onto his back.
"Oh man... owwww..." he says dryly, "I guess I'm going back to class after all."
